We learned that the old windows were not even windows by today's standards, they were just huge panes of glass that gave no insulation. He measured the windows so quickly (like 2 minutes) that I wondered if the windows world 3 actually fit (they did!). The price was extremely reasonable; we had intended to get three estimates but my mom and I both lined Kris so much we decided to go with him right away. I chose a day for installation when Kris was going to be out of town on vacation so he let me decide if we wait to wait until he got back or if we wanted him to send his right hand man Daniel. We went with Daniel who showed up right on time on a cold morning. I thought removing the old badly cracked panes of glass would be very difficult. I was right but they got the old ones out quickly and the new ones in so fast and they finished about 30 minutes before their estimate. They only removed one window at a time and our house never got cold on a 33 degree day This was one of the best customer experiences for a project I have ever had. I chose EV Windows after asking CharGBT to find me a great window company with very good reviews and I'm so glad I did. I do not have one negative thing to say. I most strongly recommend Kris and his team.

From the start "John" explained all options to us, detailing each and answering all our questions. There was never any pressure whatsoever in our choice or in our desired timeline. They will work with you to get you the exact style and set up that you need and there was no lead time as they are able to secure the material from a showroom pretty quickly. Good investment in the house and we love the way it looks. You may want to get the material yourself and go with a handy-man install but trust me, with the quality of the parts, workmanship, and the better warranty its not worth it to nickel and dime on garage doors.

Had a garage door that was starting to be mis-aljgned due to temperature expansion and I called Patrick on my speed dial and he gave me his availability to come out to take a look at what the issue was. I fwded him pics and video of the issue initially. He came out on time as promised and quickly diagnosed the issue and offered several options for what he observed. He even suggested that I do some exterior work trim through my HOA so as to save a little bit of money. I trust Patrick completely bc he doesn't try to do an upsell, and he lives by his value of treating others as you'd want to be treated. The quote was quite reasonable. It's good to have someone that you trust and know that they'll do a good work, that's why I always go to Patrick.

We got quotes from over 10 companies and Woodland was not only the most affordable, but didn't have to compromise anything (other companies wanted to shrink in the frame, give us a fiber glass door, or couldn't promise correct staining for crazy high prices). We got the most beautiful real wood door, and the screen is perfect and still allows lots of light to get in. Doors in general are pricey but Woodland was able to get us the best quality and most durable door without cutting any corners (which other companies couldn't do). Installation was quick and easy. It was very easy to communicate and work with Woodland. We're really happy with our new door and the whole process, we highly recommend Woodland! They'd reached out to me offering a maintenance deal to come and do a tune up. It had been a couple of years since my last service so I made an appointment. Nino, my technician today, called when he was half an hour away to let me know he was on the way. After doing the maintenance, he found a couple of issues that were due to wear and tear and could become problems in the not too distant future, so we were able to get those done today instead of waiting until I find myself stuck in the garage unable to get out. I appreciated how well Nino explained my options and went out of his way to make sure that I felt comfortable with the work being done. I can't say enough nice things about Nino. I've never had a bad experience with Four Seasons Garage Doors, but I feel confident that if I did, they're the kind of company that would go the extra mile to make it right. The next morning, when I tried to open my garage door, it would only open a few inches. Then I realized that one of the springs had snapped. So I called Four Seasons. 8:15 AM Someone answered right away, and although it was a terrible connection, the guy was very patient with me. Once he found out that my car was stuck in the garage, he put me on the schedule for a 10-2 appointment. 10:50 AM I received an email stating that Nick P. was on his way. There was also a photo of him, so I would know who to expect upon arrival. 10:57 Nick called to say he was about 45 minutes away from my house. 11:37 Nick arrived at my house. He was professional, thoroughly explained my options, showed me pics and costs on his tablet, then promptly replaced the springs. The cost was very reasonable, in my opinion. He was finished by 12:30. When I read some of the recent reviews, I was initially a little worried. But then I saw that a couple of the Yelp reviewers only did one review (which was the Four Seasons one), and I assume they are probably from competing businesses.
