Dr Eva Chiu is professional, kind, knowledgeable and experienced. She has many patients but she remembers details like when we go on vacation and asks about it during the next visit. She has helped me 3 times when I urgently needed a same day appt or multiple appts in a week or a work-related injury. Her staff and associates have the same professionalism and warm bed side manner that patients appreciate very much. We don't have Chiro insurance so we buy the package of visits. Occasionally, our kids have needed adjustments, so we apply our package to their visits too. The office is clean and modern. I remember when there was a building fire years ago and Dr Eva Chiu had to close the office for repair and renovation and we went to her temporary location at another chiropractor's office in San Carlos. Thank you Dr Eva for your continuous care and monthly adjustments (sometimes more). Our family loves you! If you are looking for a new chiropractor, I highly recommend Bayside Chiropractic!

Having suffered for several months with shooting pains in my leg, glutes and lower back, I had resigned myself to a life of chronic pain that often kept me from my favorite activities. A friend recommended Joe, however, and after only a few sessions, the pain was completely gone and has not returned. In the process, Joe taught me some valuable tricks for sitting, walking and exercising that I use every day. I feel stronger and taller and walk with more confidence now that I know that getting older does not have to mean that you are in constant pain. Astonishingly, Joe also cured me of the excruciating pressure headache or migraine that I endured for 7 weeks straight this summer. I don't like to take too many painkillers, but I had to do so every day for 7 weeks just to function. I consulted with Joe who suggested we try a soft tissue treatment of my neck and after just one session, the headaches were gone and have been gone for two weeks now! Waking up without a headache every day makes you feel like you have a new lease on life, and I 100% attribute that to Joe. In addition to being a professional miracle worker, Joe is friendly and gentle in his approach; I trust him 100%, and I appreciate his willingness to listen to my fears and ideas alike. I highly recommend him. The San Carlos office is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and courteous, and I have only heard good things about the other GGC chiropractors at that location. I am recommending them to all my friends.

During one of them, I felt a burning sensation on the left side of my neck. Since then, I have had ongoing stiffness and pain and cannot fully turn my neck to the left. It feels like a pinched nerve. I contacted the chiropractor about a week later and was told to move my neck around and that it would be fine. When I later explained that the pain was still significant, I was offered another adjustment at half price. I asked instead for an assessment because my neck was too painful to be touched. The day before the appointment, my doctor advised me not to have anything done to my neck because it could further irritate the problem. I texted the chiropractor to cancel and explained why. **He never responded--not even a simple acknowledgment or expression of concern.** Adjustments were not new to me as I had an Amazing Chiropractor for 30 years before he retired. Nothing like this had ever happened! I had hoped for professionalism, compassion, and concern when I reported ongoing pain. Unfortunately, I did not receive that.
