Let me just say I had a mess going on with my hair and it needed some TLC FAST!!! Sybil was not bothered in the least bit about how much work needed to be done to make my hair look amazing again since I was without a hair dresser. I also loved the fact that she got opinions about how to do my hair correctly before making a decision that would affect my hair in a positive or negative way. She blended the color so well in order to fix the "band" of blonde running towards the back of my head from the last highlights I had in June.
