From the moment I sat down, I could tell she really knows what she is doing. She has such a strong eye for color and placement, and everything felt very intentional. The highlights came out so natural and bright, with a really soft blend. Nothing looked harsh or overdone. It just looks effortless and polished, like that perfect sunlit color you hope for but rarely get. She also really listens and understands what you want, then somehow makes it even better. I felt completely taken care of the entire time. I walked out feeling so confident and put together, which is not something every salon can do. WARNING - IMPERIAL SALON - WARNING WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS…read moreABUSE? My wife received a hair salon color treatment at IMPERIAL Salon in Rockledge, FL this afternoon. She had been there last year and was treated well. This year she had a similar experience and the result was nice, but when the "technician" was DONE she announced the price was $278! No warning or fair mention of the price increase. To make matters even worse the technician dripped permanent dye on my wife's Lands End white blouse! Large blotches of dark dye on the collar and on her sleeve without telling her she did it. My wife noticed it at the front desk and they SAID NOTHING. When she got home she noticed even more stains. This was a perfectly white garment. In my opinion, who thinks so highly of themselves that they can charge this much for what they do, especially without the courtesy of a mention of the additional cost? In addition, then spill chemicals on someone without saying they are sorry or offering compensation?? My wife and I feel like she was emotionally mugged. SHAME SHAME and nevermore!!

I'm so glad it worked out. My stylist was Mindy. She was very warm and friendly. She walked me through her decision-making process which made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere is sophisticated and upscale. I felt like I had a 2 hour escape from reality. I am so happy with my hair and I already booked a follow-up.

I've also seen her transformations on others, and they're just as jaw-dropping. She is patient beyond belief with me and my thick, takes-forever hair, and somehow makes it feel easy.
