I found Michelle at Glo in Jackson. I was happy....until yesterday. I was 5 minutes early for my appt. & she was in with a client. When she came out of the room 10 minutes later, she said hi to me, asked how I was & then went to her desk area & kind of looked around. No apology for running late. I asked her how long she thought she would be because I was on my lunch hour from work, she asked me what time it was. (Wouldn't you have a clock somewhere to know what time it was and what time your next appointment is?) Again, no apology for running late, but started it to tell me that sometimes the product takes longer and the client was late and she had to answer the phone. I told her I didn't need to know all that, just how long she thought it would be before I could get in. Again, no apology, just attitude when she then told me I could just not come back. So I told her that it seemed like she didn't want my business & told her to cancel that appointment & the next one. Probably a nice person, but not very good with her business. read more
