The staff here typically seems overwhelmed, but that is because the store is always packed. It takes a while to get service here, but when you do they are usually receptive and helpful. They have a great selection of center pieces, fabrics and favors, but the store is usually messy. In the end this store has a ton of pros but as the other review says, it has a ton of cons. If you shop here be prepared to be a bit scrappy so that you can some service before you are trampled by the other customers in the store.

I definitely had the best experience of the weekend here. Before visiting, you use their online portal to select your favorite dresses from their collection. When I arrived, you could tell that the stylist had spent some time reviewing my choices and really put some thought into how to structure the appointment. I tried on all of my favorites, and also quite a few of her recommendations in similar styles. I loved so many of the dresses I tried on, I'd say their collection is trendier than a lot of other places I visited, but still has some classic styles mixed in. While my other appointments were pretty hit or miss, basically everything I tried on here was high quality and so beautiful. The store itself is really pretty too, it feels super high-end and relaxing at the same time. There's a private room with a changing area for the bride and seating for guests, and it seems like they only do one shopping appointment and one dress pick-up appointment at a time, so it's really private. The prices were fair, ordering and dress pick-up process was seamless, and the staff was so helpful along the way. They don't offer alterations in house, but have two preferred tailoring partners they can refer you too. I picked my dress about 10 months before my wedding, and had to pay a small rush fee to get the dress in time, so make sure you plan way ahead. I tried on probably 10 wedding dresses in a beautiful private room. Kelly let all my guests pick a dress for me that they loved, and I picked several that I loved. I didn't feel rushed at all. I thought I had found my dress but I held off on buying it because I had a second fitting the next day at a different store. Kelly didn't make me feel obligated to buy anything right then and there which I really appreciated. I tried on another dress I loved the following day which left me very confused. It was mermaid style which I had not tried at Vows because I felt it wouldn't look good on me. I reached out to Kelly again and asked her if I could come in again and try some more dresses in the mermaid style. She was so sweet and accommodating. I went in for a second appointment with her, tried on the original dress I had in mind, and tried on some more in the mermaid style that I saw online, and also some that Kelly pulled for me. I ended up finding the one! It was by Allure Bridals and about $1900 which was within my budget. I ordered the dress and it was ready for pick up earlier than expected. It was very big on me so definitely required a lot of alterations, but it was absolutely stunning and I felt so confident and beautiful on my wedding day. Thank you Kelly!!

I had a tough off…read morethe shoulder, asymmetrical dress with 2 different types of fabric and she took it in multiple sizes (I think it was 12 and I was a 6!). She was also really accommodating in terms of fitting times since I worked out of state on weekdays. In three weeks Margherita finished tailoring my dress and the results were fantastic, bustle and all, and I went happily on my way. A couple of things that I wish could be improved - When I first commissioned her we agreed on one price and then she called the next week to say she underestimated the work and it would cost $50 more, but that she felt badly since it was her mistake so could we just split it down the middle. I agreed but thought it was a strange. The other thing was that since I was traveling to a different state for the wedding she didn't press the dress, which I understand because it gets wrinkled anyway. However, the part where she shortened the dress (new folds created) she didn't press either, so I had to do it myself to create that nice even line at the bottom, which given the price I would assume she would have helped with.
