Complete distaster. Didn't have a tux ready even though they did the fitting. Had a bad feeling about the fitting experience. Called a few days before pick up day to be sure tux was going to be ready, was assured that everything was in process and would be ready for the date reserved. Went to pick up tux two days later, owner had no tux and no memory of us. He had to throw together an I'll fitting, wrong color (two toned as the pants and jacket were off by a shade or more) tux on the spot as we waited, in disappointment. Ruined the prom. Complete fail.
