When I first walked in, I was a little discouraged, thinking maybe the clothes would be too "old" for her. However, the owner, Janet, was an absolute joy. Not only did she pick things out for my daughter that we NEVER would've gravitated towards, she helped her with the fitting and boosted her confidence so much. I can't say enough about how wonderful and personalized the service was here. And I was pleasantly surprised that the dresses we would've looked right over were actually perfect for her. Shop was clean. Not a huge store, but a decent selection casual, dress-casual, and formal wear. Prices are what you would expect for a specialty store; not exorbitantly high. But the customer service is definitely top-notch, and we both left with smiles on our faces and a weight off our chests. It was three days before the wedding and we did some last checks on it and discovered this nightmare. But Jacqueline and their incredible Tailer jumped to it, found me new clothes and adjusted them to fit me exactly the way it should have been. She went above and beyond to do this for me and she and her team just had that can-do spirit to them. She is amazing and deserves all the appreciation.

This wasn't done with humor and I was stunned. This isn't a complaint about the morality of my diet, this is an employee straight up mistreating a customer for no apparent reason. I was unimpressed by the service I received by them and the way they calculated measurements (Those services don't actually take measurements and you have input the information yourself). I also had bad experiences with Men's Warehouse in the past with other weddings that I have attended as a groomsmen. I realized that there was a local option in Waltham for me to check out. The staff at Formalwear Ltd were very friendly and knowledgeable. I visited the store multiple times as I collaborated with them and my fiance to select the perfect tux combination for my wedding. I picked up my tux a couple of days before the wedding and the size for some of the parts of it were off, but it was no problem at all as they overnighted the correct sizes. Everything fit perfectly for my wedding. If you need to rent a suit or tux for a local event, I highly recommend them!

Before I hung up, I reiterated exactly what I was looking for and that they could accommodate my specific needs and was told yes, no problem. I then went online and tried to book the appointment but kept getting 'kicked off' the page. I called back and asked for the appointment and the sales lady was happy to help me once I explained the website wasn't allowing it. Tonight I went for my appointment.
