The shop has a few different sections, one being upstairs. I don't usually go up there because I never find anything I actually like. They do have a lot of shoes but all the shoes I ever stumble upon aren't in my size (go figure). But one of the perks about consignment shopping is that it is either a hit or miss kind of risk. I highly recommend stopping by here, it's the best consignment shop I have found so far in the Pembroke/Marshfield vicinity. The employees there are kind, helpful, and truly welcoming. The one thing I would improve is the organization methods they use. Sometimes there's just way too much clothing, and i'm sure the employees there get overwhelmed with keeping everything in order.. Perhaps take less items from people trying to sell? Or perhaps expand even more, or even hire another employee to help remain organized.

When my miniature schnauzer decided to empty his bladder on my cotton/linen duvet containing my…read moredown comforter last Sunday at 2am, I hauled the two items over to Dependable Cleaners just down the street from my apartment first thing Monday morning. I explained the situation - the comforter was still wet and badly stained, including stains from a previous lifetime - and requested that it be dry cleaned and the duvet be laundered and pressed. The cost came to just under $100. When I picked up the items yesterday I was thrilled beyond words. The comforter was folded and packed into the same type of carrying bag it came in years ago (great for summer storage) and the duvet was pressed and hanging over a heavy-duty hanger. Not a hint of the stains anywhere, both exactly as fresh-looking as new. I just finished the 20-minute ordeal of replacing the comforter into the duvet - well worth the effort and out-of-pocket to have everything beautiful as new. Thank you, Dependable. Your name rings true.

We went in to get fitted- we probably picked the wrong day the staff was super busy because it was wedding season! (Late June I was there of 2022). We waited as the people ahead of us were taken care of then proceeded to be fitted. I will say right off the bat I have a weird body shape- no jacket seemed to fit right- again weird body shape McGee over here. One of the other tailors freed up and took us right on back to the fitting rooms. He had me sized up in no time and in a comfy suit then went to work on fitting my stepson. After a few minutes we were looking spiffy and comfortable. I watched as rack after rack of groomsmen tuxes were bagged up and labeled ready for pickup, the tailor joked with us both about how crazy busy it was as he fitted us and generally kept us at ease. Suits rented- money paid and off we went. Here's the nice part- the shop was nice enough to let us rent the suits about a week early and when went to return them the shop was closed as the team was off for the 4th of July (well deserved after the craziness I witnessed with the weddings lol). So I called their number and left a message asking what do as I was going on vacation. Maria called me back and told me to not to worry about it and bring the suits in when I got back- there would be no late charge. Good to her word we were not charged and it was an overall great interaction with the shop. They take cash, venmo, and credit- but there is an extra fee for the credit card processing- a sign on the counter states this as well. One downside is there is not seating area in the main shop to wait- but the shop is so full of suits, and tuxes it makes sense why it's not there. Other than that- thank you Russo's for your kindness and understanding throughout the process of rental and return!
