The first of several calls were frustrating due to the automated system and long wait times, and it was 48 hours before they called me back. But that was quickly forgotten thanks to the excellent follow-through. Samantha called me back and was incredibly friendly, patient, and efficient in setting up the service appointment. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Then Gerald, the technician, came out and truly impressed me. He was thorough and professional in the completion of the work. He addressed the wait due to staff training and professionally represented the company throughout. He carefully inspected everything and made sure the tank, lines, and hot tub heater hookup were all safe and working perfectly. Gerald is the perfect example of great on-site service. If Samantha is the voice of AmeriGas and Gerald is the face, then this company is in excellent hands. I've been a customer since 2000 and will absolutely continue being one -- and I will happily refer and recommend AmeriGas to everyone I know. Never contacted, when I call they place me on hold for hours without asking so I will hang up. I want there tank out of my yard. Zero customer service. If you stay on hold too long they keep turning up the volume hoping you will get annoyed and hang up. I strongly urge you to not use Amerigas, find a local company where you can talk to a person in person, not a call center in India.

No gas was delivered on the 20th so on the 21st, I called again, noted that I had ordered the gas on the 7th, and was told it would be delivered the next day, on the 22nd. No gas was delivered on the 22nd. I called on the 23rd, noted that I had ordered the gas on the 7th, and was told my gas would be delivered the next day...whereupon i asked to speak the the manager. The manager assured me that I would ge on the delivery list. My gas was delivered on the 25th. I could not possibly recommend a a service company that demonstrates such poor customer service.
