We ran out of gas completely and called for an emergency delivery. they gave us a 2 day window for delivery but delivered same day. we received an email that gas was delivered and a bill for $1500. They failed to communicate with us that they found a faulty regulator that was leaking gas and so they placed a lock on our tank. They also failed to tell us there was a lock AND failed to turn the gas all the way off. This culminated in the belief that we had an issue with our hot water heater, as the pilot light would light but not stay lit. we had 2 different plumbing companies come out and both thought this issue was with the hot water heater, as they could see SOME gas was coming through. Long story short, we ended up replacing a perfectly good hot water heater to the tune of $1000 in labor (luckily it was still under warranty). it was only after replacing this and SIX days of cold showers that we discovered the gas was the issue. we flagged down a tech that happened to be in our neighborhood and he looked at it and found the lock and faulty regulator, which he then repaired and restored our gas. For this we received an extra bill for $400. He wrote the whole thing up and HE recommended the company comp our whole delivery. since then we have called many times and been promised a reply in "3 days" each time. still no response 2 months later. This company is criminal!!!!!
