It was more than a week without receiving an estimate and I contacted them a couple of times after. They did contact me twice afterwards, but I had already gotten it taken care of. It seems like a really nice place but the contact was not enough for me and the estimate was over $5000! Granted, it was just an estimate and they did not physically see the car this was based on photos, but nonetheless, it was way too long for me. My Lexus dealership recommended this place but if you have time to wait around, then maybe it's beneficial but for me with two small children, I need my car to be in safe working order.

Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. But clients should be aware that by going to your house you are missing on the improved quality that a proper shop environment would provide (improved tools, paint job and more materials), and this is not well communicated by Fender Menders. After the service, I called mentioning that it wasn't looking finished yet, I was told that I should, myself, wait for 3 weeks then wet sand the area then wax it. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. I hope the service improves with this feedback.

Luckily I found this company on yelp, Greg helped me very much. He squeezed me in and got the dent out at a reasonable price. Thank goodness I didn't have to put a claim in at the car rental company, that would have been a nightmare. It was a bad dent in a few different places. I also heard that the rental companies can charge you for "lost time" while they repair the rental. Other than using Uber for a day it was much less of an inconvenience than going to the insurance company and putting in a claim at 1000.00 deductible. Great job Greg! Thanks again!
