Glenn is a an awesome genuine guy who provides quality work. I took my car to Glenn because I had previously gone to 2 other shops and paid for alignments to get the car aligned as well as make the steering wheel straight which required more to do with the tie rods which both of the other shops said they dont do. After Glenn had it for a couple of hours he got it straight and told me if I'm not 100% happy with it he will keep tweaking it until I am 100% happy. 10/10 Guy with a great work ethic. Thank you Glenn. read more

Glenn and his dog are awesome. I brought my 1970 Chevelle here last week for an alignment after I had changed out all my suspension to a tubular and coilover set up as well as changed out all my front steering linkage. I called Glenn and made an appointment, dropped off my car and a few hours later it was ready for pickup glenn did an awesome job and my car drives straight as an arrow. Thanks Glenn! read more

I requested a wheel alignment on my 1959 Chevy Apache truck that installed a 1978 Jaguar XJ6 front suspension on that no one else is capable of performing a wheel alignment on. Glenn assured me he can do it so I dropped off my truck and he had it done in no time and I am totally satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Glenn's Alignment Shop to everyone. Fantastic service. Glenn got all the squeaks and noises out of my older Thunderbird suspension to my complete satisfaction and aligned it to steer straight as an arrow! Excellent service man! read more

Glen is a master and has been doing my and my customers alignments for almost 20 years. Not many like him left in this world.

I was having issues with the steering and handling of my 1930 Ford Model A hotrod. After several attemps at other shops to fix the issues, Glenn's alignment service took on the challenge and won. The handling issues were fixed. Glenn is easy to work with, gets the job completed quickly, no pressure to do unneeded work, all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Glenn's alignment Service. read more

Glenn is definitely a "car guys" car guy! Straight forward, honest and fair. Great communication through the project and an expertise that you don't find at big chain type shops. This is my spot for all my vehicles alignment needs moving forward. read more

I had an all around great experience here, with friendly, honest atmosphere, your vehicle will get the personal attention we all look for in a service shop, will definitely be coming here from now on and recommending it to others. read more

Glenn's is the best! They are honest, thoughtful and do a great job. We've been taking our cars to him for years and never had an issue. If you haven't checked them out, you owe it to yourself the next time you need your brakes or alignment. I promise you won't be disappointed. read more

Our PussyCat (2005 Jaguar S Type R) needed her wheels aligned and because of her 20" wheels & high performance suspension she requires extra love. We were recommended to Glenn's. Wow, service like this is what it's all about. They got us in, did a great job, and followed up with us. Did I mention the price, very fair! If you're a car buff, you'll love just wandering around looking at all the classic cars he's got in the shop working on them, awesome. A nice family joint, I recommend them, thanks Glenn! read more

I have been taking my cars to Glenn's since I first started driving. They have always taken great care of us. Just recently I had a dent in my tailgate that would cost more than my car is worth to fix. Everywhere I went told me the latch was broken and the whole tailgate would need replacing. I was consigned to live with never being able to open my tailgate again. I came in to Glenn's a few weeks ago for my brakes. I was lamenting about my tailgate, and he asked if he could check it out while it was in the shop. He was able to pop the dent which fixed the latch and now I CAN STOP ON A DIME! I am always grateful for the honest service I get from Glenn's, but this time they went above and beyond! read more

I've done almost all of my own work for many years. I understand automobile alignment very well. This is the only place I'd let near my cars. Alignment is certainly a science, but there is talent evolved as well, and Glenn's is best in Southern California IMHO. Another reason I go there is the guys that own it, Russ, and Glen are personally on site, and care about their work. If you let one of those tire chains do your alignment, it will just cost more to have Glen's fix it correctly! read more

Wanted to have my Jaguar XK Coupe aligned as the handling had deteriorated over time. As someone who's been around cars most of my life, I didn't want to trust any tire shop to align the complex suspension on my car, so I saw all the good reviews on Yelp and decided this is the place! I must say I am thoroughly pleased with both the friendliness and professionalism of Glenn's Team and the quality of the work performed. Without my asking, Glenn took the time to provide the before/after alignment readings and explained everything fully. A quick drive along some twisty sections of road confirmed the alignment had been properly corrected and the handling restored! If you need an alignment on your car, I highly recommend Glenn's Alignment & Brake Service to get the job done correctly the first time! read more

Glenn exceeded my expectations and perfectly fixed the alignment on my 1995 Chevrolet G20 Van! Bonus, he provided perfect customer service! I have already tried two other mechanics, but they both were unable to get the steering wheel straight and to make it drive straight! I am a DIYer and replaced all kinds of steering and suspension parts. After extensive internet research I decided Glenn's was the place. He was a cool dude and allowed me to interview him for the task at hand. I found out that he knew my van was extra work to adjust because of the shims, that's how I knew he was good. Bonus, he called me back when he said he would to tell me my car was ready! The alignment costs and the Uber costs were well worth the professional alignment and service from Glenn. My steering wheel is perfectly straight. It drives perfectly straight. Thanks Glenn! read more

Glenn did an absolutely amazing job on my brakes! He was fairly priced, got my car done same day and the quality of his work was great. My husband took his car in the next day for brakes as well because we were so happy with him. Highly recommend! read more

Glenn's is unique among auto repair shops, there is no up-selling, no pressure, and no spin. Glenn is affable, professional, straight forward, and in my opinion, extremely honest. Tie all that up with the very evident fact that he knows what he is doing and the work he puts out speaks volumes to that immutable fact. I brought two brake refresh jobs to him and in both cases Glenn recommended the best of available aftermarket parts for my Ford Fusion and Toyota Tundra pickup; a perfect combination of the most cost effective, high quality components carrying the highest performance and reliability quotients. I suppose Glenn is capable of making a mistake, but I seriously doubt something would slip by his formidable work ethic and attention to detail. Glenn quickly, and more importantly, correctly diagnosed a drivetrain lubricant anomaly that was driving me nuts for several years and that one might think was outside the scope of repairs he specifically offers to potential clients---and he fixed it for me without hesitation or fanfare. Brake performance in both vehicles is now exemplary and the grunting and groaning vibration anomaly is blissfully and totally gone. The cost of his expertise was worth every nickel spent---and compared to his competition, there simply weren't that many nickels involved. Glenn is highly competitive cost wise and in the top echelon of outright work quality and service value he provides. I highly recommend Glenn for all alignment and brake work. As of this moment I wouldn't consider anyone else for this type of work on any one of my vehicles---regardless of cost or promises. Trust me, or more specifically, trust Glenn; you won't be disappointed. read more

I own a 2007 Mercedes SL 550, and have had problems with the alignment for about two years now, I have been to several shops that are so called experts but in the end were unable to deliver. I have been very frustrated, and I finally asked my guys at OC Benz, which by the way are Great! They highly recommended Glen's Alignment, they said they are not the cheapest but they will get the job done right. I thought yeah right I have hear that before and no one was able to fix it yet, but decided to check the place out. When I first pulled up you will see numerous vintage, Mustangs, Rolls Royce, High End Mercedes, BMW's you could tell these guys know what they are doing! Finally a place that got my SL back to the way it is supposed to be, they told me up front a couple front end pieces that needed to be replaced before they even attempted the alignment and quoted high for the total project. I am pleased to report that them came in hundreds less than they quoted me and the alignment is perfect now, I am so Happy, Happy, Happy (Duck Dynasty)! I would have to say I am very pleased, these guys rock! read more

Great staff - Great service - and they def. know their stuff!! I recently upgraded the suspension on my 2014 Shelby GT500 and the people who installed the suspension totally messed up the car's alignment. I took it in to Glenn's and he had it fixed in about 20 minutes and the Car feels new again with a perfect alignment! read more

Wonderful experience. I took my Mercedes 560SL in for an alignment and Glenn couldn't have been nicer, got me in and out, and priced fairly.

Today, I brought my 1967 Triumph GT6 to Glenn's for a 4-wheel alignment. From the moment I arrived to when I pulled my Triumph out of the parking lot after the work was done, I had the perfect experience. I am a venerable car guy. I am not fanatical about my cars, but I am particular. I seek out competent mechanics and service providers because I am particular. I would rather pay a little more to ensure a skilled mechanic or technician gets the job done right. Enough about me. Glenn is a soft spoken gentleman, both polite and thorough. He has a large shop filled with cars covering a wide generational span. Glenn impressed an owner of a Mustang Shelby and word got out. So, lots of classic Mustangs abound. I had the pleasure of having Danny perform the work on my Triumph. Danny was both methodical and precise. This included lowering my car off the lift and taking it for a spin before performing some final adjustments, including centering the steering wheel. Danny removed some shims from the left side to get the front axle aligned. Danny, like Glenn's other mechanics, have experience with cars from the 1930s through current models. Pretty impressive. A thorough job done right with a friendly owner and by a friendly mechanic at a bargain price- $86.00. One word... perfect! PS. I can't imagine anyone having a negative experience by taking their car to Glenn's. I would venture a guess that the customer had issues. No, Glenn is not a relative. : ) read more

Very happy with service done here. Woke up to a flat tire, contacted Glenn's because he was the closest to my location who was open... I was able to drop off my car around mid-morning, it was complete after lunch. His crew was able to repair, patch me up for under $40, and she's back on the road with no problems. Ill return here, and I would reccommend! read more

I was referred to Glenn's by my father in law. I needed two new tires for my wife's car. She drives over 100 miles to work each day. He was able to determine what would be a great tire in my price range. They were able to squeeze me on last minute and get it all squared away. Great service!! read more

After reading all the good reviews, I went their for all 4 tires alignment. When its done my steering wheel was tilted a bit and my car was also slanting towards right side. I went back to have their opinion and the guy took a drive with me. Denied the car steering towards right side and blamed the road for it. I asked him to take the car to the road he usually tests after the alignment and guess what it was still doing the right slanting. But he denied on my faced that he lost control of steering that's why its slanting...what a jerk. The owner Glenn somehow managed to not be visible when I took the car initially for this service issue. What a rip off...charged 150$ and still no results....never going back there....I don't like rude people and if I have to spend money i will rather go where the service is nice and people are not RUDE. read more

I had my Mini cooper's coils and shock replaced with aftermarket upgrades and an alignment. Staff was friendly but the price was pretty steep. I had Aston Martins, M3s and porsches worked on and they were never paid this much $$, but hey I dont mind paying for good service. Problem that i have is now my car is not driving straight. Not very happy at all and probably wont return. I think they specialize in old american classics. read more

My special thanks to Glen and his team. I had a steering wheel that was vibrating while driving on the freeway. All I have to say is: Been around for years (was referred by my transmission shop), Friendly, Honest, Got the work done on time, Final price was actually lower than the estimate, Drove me home after dropping my car off, and picked me up when car was ready. My dealings were with Dan initially, and then Glenn, who is the owner. Took my car in with alot of noise coming from the differential. Note: 1999 Dodge Durango with 185,000 miles. They diagnosed & corrected the problem (posi was shot and needed rebuilding...old age, like me!), and saved all of the parts to show me. Also gave me a list of things that needed immediate attention (front brake pads - I replaced), and things that needed future correcting...without trying to upsell me . I really find that refreshing and admirable. These guys are great, and I will recommend them always! read more

We've come here often, and we are always kindly helped and the job is done right. Several members in my extended family also take their cars here. Today I finally stopped to write a review because they went above and beyond what they needed to do! My minivan had a brake issue, and since they had fixed my brakes in the past, I took it back to Glenn's. They listened to my crazy descriptions of what I felt was happening in my car, figured out the problem (which was pretty non-existent), and more than fairly resolved the issue. Glenn's you're awesome and we will continue to be loyal customers! read more

Took the car in today (1/11/18) to get my brakes done, Glenn quoted it at $300+- for all 4 brakes, then about an hour later I get a call saying "Rear needs to be done, front has 15% left" which is opposite of what dealer told me (4 & 5mm front and rear, another 4000 miles before you need to get them done) Glenn then proceeded to tell me "it'll be $270 for Rear and $290 for front". WAIT,WHAT!? How did we go from $300 for all 4 to over $500? So I call him back and say "explain" and I get the "well, it's our quality of service you have to do this this and this and that costs a lot blah blah," the typical crock. Meineke quoted me at $300 for all 4, which is fair, not $525! He didn't give me a copy of the receipt and what I signed off on, he didn't give me any info, and on top of that, it takes all day when it should take about 2-3 hours, NOT COOL! My advice would be avoid this place, avoid Glenn, he's a scammer, and if they were part of AAA I'd stick AAA on them, but they're not, which is another angle to the scam. I'm thinking of getting BBB involved, depends on what I find when I go to pick the car up. Oh and PS, car has 32k miles on it, not 132k, the rotors don't need to be done, but Glenn won't listen. Never going there again, I'll go to somewhere trustworthy that's actually known by AAA. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! read more
