He has a genuine passion for old buildings and pushed to preserve original details that another contractor would have torn out without a second thought. And when issues came up after the job was done -- after the final check had been cashed -- Jacob, Ken, and the owner Sage came back and made it right. That's not nothing. That's actually rare.
