A few of the staff seem lovely especially the pharmacists but the number of negative experiences I have had here are unacceptable. As a mental health provider and consumer, I would recommend their staff go through cultural competency training. I don't love the fact that I need to take mental health medication, but it feels even worse when I call it in and the staff person that answers the phone consistently acts like it's a burden just to fill the order. There are often mistakes, long wait times because of those mistakes, and occasionally the staff will even argue with you initially about said mistakes and then not even apologize about being wrong. I often ask myself why I still come here. The kind staff make up for the not so kind staff most of the time and it's convenient, but jeez can some of you at least pretend to care, just a little? The rest of the store is fine, prices are reasonable, items are easy to find and staff are generally friendly and helpful. I don't find myself blown away by the food here or ambiance here but I don't typically expect to be. Although the people selling Spectrum are a little aggressive sometimes, but I'm not sure Kroger can control that.

"Psst, I think this self scanning is difficult too and often think "why didnt I go to the cashier"". Me: exactly!!! Im just not a fan. Im the sole care giver for my mother. Time is valuable to me.
