The water filters were a higher price in-store, but I showed customer service the online price and they adjusted it for me. The customer service is always nice to me. I picked up an online order today, and the employee was friendly and promptly got my package. There are 16 online pickup parking spaces which is impressive. The downsides of this location are the dangerous parking lot which makes me very wary and cautious, and the self checkout area. I think going forward I will do online orders only and save myself the stress of going in the store.

The patrons at this location tend to be in quite a hurry to get a spot or leave, so you need to drive with a lot of caution. The store itself is nice. Clean. Organized. Has a grocery store inside. I see why the parking lot is packed at nearly every hour its open. Today... the visit was to return an online order of big huge heavy dog crate. Box was big. Box was heavy. Very hard to push. Parking lot was full so no handicapped spots. Nore were there open online order spots so I parked as far away as you can imagine. I smartly started my return on line to make the return easier. I dont think that made it any bit easier. However: The return center at this location was super organized and clean. The person working it was very nice and good at his job. all I had to do is scan a barcode off an email. That printed out a return tracking to get the package from Walmart to manufacturer. However, I learned that I dont get my refund right away. This I did not like or appreciate. I learned today that Walmart justs acts as a shipping agent between me and the manufacturer. once it gets at manufacturer I get my refund. Not cool. Im not a fan of that. I bought it thru walmart. Transaction was initially between walmart and myself. I strongly feel if I got this thing thru Walmart and Walmarts website (not from the manufacturers website which I could have easily done) walmart should refund my money and deal with the manufacture themselves. Which is why they didn't get five stars (due to return policy) Also getting this heavy steel, oversized boxed item inside was beyond challenging. Coming inside to store I was pushing a large hundred pound boxed dog crate that was balanced on my cart as it didnt fit inside the cart. There was an employee outside who just finished gathering carts and was returning to the outside. He watched me struggle with this thing didn't bother to ask if I needed help (I looked like I could of used it and would have appreciated help) Then going inside thru the entrance I was nearly run over by three different walmart employees leaving the building. Not only did they make entering difficult they didn't even say excuse me... nor did they offer assistance. The greeter didn't say hello. She did smile but i had to ask her where customer service was. I felt pretty stupid when I saw it was directly to my left. Lol. She at least was nice and smiled and pointed to it. All together, for something that is billed as an easy return... this was not as easy as it could have been.

Who doesn't want to close that sale but it can be frustrating at times and I find myself dodging the area. I do Love this store and love watching for sales. They tend to have the best selection. Even have bought a few nice suits here but the Polo section and everyday clothes is where I spend most of my shopping time. The have a great houseware section, luggage and bath towels area too. My favorite Macy's in Columbus and love to shop here. I even order at times by the app and do the in store pick up. Great service and you can even park in the Fenlon Square garage and enter directly to the second floor of the store.

It is fairly easy to get to this location as there are a couple of different ways to approach it from the primary road. Depending on season and time of day, this can be extremely easy, or extremely hard. Interior: the store is well organized and very clean. The aisles are wide and we've found it easy to get through them with or without a cart. It's easy to find what you seek because the departments are very clear. There are two entrances, so getting in and out is easy. There are loads of check out lanes and we've never had a problem moving through them quickly. They seem to be well staffed at all times. There's even a small cafe, but we've never stopped at it to see what they offer. Staff: the regular pharmacy staff is absolutely wonderful! We are greeted warmly upon arrival and they remember small details from prior discussions, which makes us feel as if they care about us as people. They take their time to ensure we understand our prescriptions and help us when we seek something. The other store associates have always been polite and helpful. Inventory: there's a broad range of products at this Target and we've usually found items we've sought here. Some departments are bare bones (like camping), whereas others have really good selections (like clothing). Overall, this is a really nice store with good associates. We sometimes just stop in to wander around as it's a comfortable environment for that activity.

What I like about coming here as I feel safe coming in and out of the store. The store inside is usually clean. I don't feel my car is going to get broken into or hit or bumped. All pluses. I feel that overall they usually have a good selection of items and staff is constantly stock. Today it seemed like a key manager might've been absent and while the cat was away, the mice were playing. Lots of chitchat at the registers amongst staff themselves. I overheard one of the staff saying there doesn't seem to be any carts. That stuck with me. The inside of the store wasn't excessively busy with customer traffic. That seems like a staff problem. I made a point to look outside. sure enough the outside cart corral was full, but the insides were empty. Not many customers know there is an outside cart corral you simply jump from your car and walk inside and expect there to be carts not today obviously One cart was sitting in the middle of the street another was sitting on the side of the street. Lots of them were where they weren't supposed to be. The car returns outside in the parking lot separate from the corral were full. It took me a long time to self scan my items. I actually went slow to see if they would actually go outside and start returning carts --- nope. It took me almost as long to organize the packages from my cart into my car, so nobody was collecting carts. That's just inefficient and poor management if you want people to buy things you need to have carts inside as well as outside. Today and I'm horribly embarrassed I didn't get our third sales professional's name, I walked in seeking the items that would have been delivered yesterday to find them at the store and we were able to right size everything my husband needed for a wedding next weekend. Von Maur is exceptional. Three different sales touch points all with exceptional service and optimal consistent experiences. That RARELY happens, if ever. Today, upon our repurchase, our sales professional said he was going to process us and ensure John got the credit. Integrity at its finest. I love the store experience. I love the pianist team they have - seen two now since I seem to be going there more often. :) I'm so relieved we got my husband hooked up. As in, the aisles were so tight, tons of stuff placed in the walkways, things like that. I even heard another customer say "this is giving me anxiety," and goodness I felt that in my core. I'm sure you have a lot of crap to put on the floors, but give us some space to walk, please. Thank you. Now for the positives... 1) While the checkout line was a mile long, they got through it quickly! 2) The dressing rooms were clean and they had plenty available. 3) While prices have gone up everywhere on the planet, it's still really affordable. 4) The people working there were really nice.
