Our grandson has a menu that he likes, he always eats what he orders from here. I like the salsa because it is made in the store, fresh. There is an area near the dining tables with toys set up for customers (especially the younger ones,) that allows kids to feel at home in the restaurant. I appreciate this because it allows a positive experience for all. I like the menu and have tried several plates. I like the down home atmosphere, and the lovely family history of the restaurant. The kids like to take selfies by the mural and the beautiful flowers in the front. If you want to relax and enjoy having younger kids welcomed, this is the place. This is their choice and if they could review the restaurant they would give it a five and thumbs up. The service is friendly and attention is good. Great iced tea also. We will be going back and are happy to find a family place that takes the stress out of bringing the kids. It is hard to find a restaurant so unique and warm, with good food as well.

It was fantastic! Fun history of the family distillery and I definitely know what I don't like! I mean if chewing on a barrel board soaked in alcohol was a thing, that's what some of them tasted like! Don't be mad! Just my opinion! I'm normally sipping on Sangria! Now the buttered pecan, it was like sipping spicy syrup! And that was delightful! Pass the pancakes! The toasted coconut ! Warmed my heart in the best way possible! And then we got to the moonshine! Thankfully it was just tiny tasting cups! My favorites were the Pecan Sippin Sauce & the Peach Pie. I mean the banana pudding moonshine wasn't terrible either! After all those little TINY sips we had dinner at the cantina on the property. I had birria tacos and TA had birria fries. So GOOD! After we had filled our bellies with FOOD, we had to check out the converted train caboose to speakeasy lounge, just a little walk behind the main building where you could order fun cocktails and just sit and chat. We met some fun people and had the best conversation with delicious cocktails! We tried the chocolate martini and the toffeetini! Every staff member was welcoming, helpful and seemed genuinely happy to work there! The property is great! LOVED the swings outside and the seating inside was fun and inviting!
