Highly recommend Mark's tours! I did his Muddy Creek tour (just north of Delta) on Saturday, July…read more23. See his website calendar for current tours. This location below the Holtwood dam is spectacular. We went around the upper and lower bear islands, which were breathtaking. It was an opportunity to get up close and personal with nature. Being on the river, the green jungle, and blue sky and nature allowed me to reconnect with myself. All the while, getting exercise. Life's been crazy lately and I was able to just relax again. It was a hot day, so we found a sandy cove and went for a swim. The water was refreshing, and I enjoyed great conversation with some new friends. Further, Mark gave instruction to the new paddlers in the group. New paddlers kept right up with the more experienced paddlers, so don't be afraid to go if you don't have kayaking experience. He also offers historic knowledge of the area (canals, cabins on the island, water flow, etc). He's a wealth of knowledge. It was an awesome experience. Looking forward to the next trip. KayakingmadeEZ.com One last point, I decided to go on the tour at the last minute and contacted Mark the night before. He was gracious enough to accommodate me. When I arrived the next morning, my kayak was waiting for me on the beach.

(lack of combustion engine, and moving parts helped). I'm glad my partner talked me in to going, it was a memorable and relaxing experience.

The reception was absolutely amazing!!! All of the guests raved about the experience, from the boat to the crew and the food!!!!! The majority of the people that were in attendance say that the food that was prepared by Ashley and her crew was hands down the best they have had at a reception in a long time. The staff hands down the best!!! Drinks on point! Positive vibes were most certainly on deck. I wish that I would have taken some pictures with the staff!! The family says they want to plan a future event!

It was a beautiful day, and the evening was the perfect topper for a 2 hour dinner cruise. This…read moreparty boat was less than 5 min from us and we had tickets for the Italian dinner cruise with live entertainment. It did not disappoint. As we entered, the tables on the main deck were arranged to fit party groups of either 6 or 8 guests and a table for 2. The buffet food was arranged at the front of the dining area and the musician (acoustic guitar) next to it. He did a wonderful job of singing and playing both guitar and harmonica. Upstairs, they had tall tables with a few metallic stools. So happy the room was air-conditioned. Serve yourself was near immediate. Bar and drinks were upstairs on the observation deck. Soft drinks and tea were included. The accommodations up there were tall tables and a few metallic stools To the food: The assorted greens salad was fresh with your choice of salad dressings. Then rolls with real butter, followed with spaghetti with meatballs and a pasta with shrimp and parmesan, and chicken parm cutlets. Potato salad and a caprese salad of sliced mozzarella and tomatoes topped with a balsamic dressing. There was enough for seconds. Close to the end of the cruise, they brought out some desserts that looked like magazine quality. Cheesecake, chocolate layered cake, carrot cake, and lemon bars. All were very rich, and nothing was left. The staff could not have been nicer and very efficient. It's a really great crew. There is plenty of free parking. One note, this is not a wheelchair accessible due to a series of steps.
