It is a rare thing in this day an age when you deal with people that actually care about you "the customer". That said, I was also pleasantly surprised to hear the same great things repeated over and over again by the many others working on their boats and the live aboard people within the marina. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the marina manager is first class. Fuel prices are the lowest on Middle River and the fuel pier is extremely easy to access, unlike others around Middle River. Pier improvements include new floating piers for smaller boats.

The marina is just a short ride to crazy tuna, sunset cove, and riverwatch with several fueling stations close by. Then they decided to build a restaurant and make members and the marina an after thought. The privacy at the pool is gone. Now they have a lunch and dinner tables all around the outside. The bar is so small, good luck getting a drink if the restaurant is busy. The food is decent but takes forever. They used to really have a nice set up for people that joined the marina but now it's just a restaurant and the slip holders are an after thought. Management has really gone down hill with the care they used to provide. Prices go up, there's never enough parking and the bathrooms are a joke. I'd recommend any other marina in the area over this one. Just look at the reviews. All of them are for a pathetic restaurant next door but are under the marinas name. It's like no one matters that's been a long time member of the Marina. It's all about the half assed restaurant. Great place that's gone to shit

We have been long time slip holders here and are friends with a select few of the regulars here…read more The new owner Tom has been making cosmetic up dates here at the expensive of the slip holders. The live a boards in this Marina causes problems because they believe they have the authority to police the marina. Tom has raised the slips every year he has owned this Marina and if a slip holder asks why Tom becomes defensive and yells. However the docks and piers still need repairs and his main concerns are new bathrooms which are not cleaned or stocked on a regular basis. Tom is in for a surprise when he finds out how many of his long time slip holders are looking for a "new marina to call home"
