I politely decline because I value my privacy, and instead of simply respecting that, she becomes direct, rude, and visibly irritated. That is not acceptable customer service. On top of that, the middle row, which included three wefts, has been completely ruined. Because of this, I will now be forced to purchase entirely new hair if I ever decide to get extensions again. Even more concerning is the damage to my natural hair. I am currently three months postpartum and understand that some hair shedding is normal, but I am experiencing chunks of hair coming out, which I strongly believe is a direct result of improper installation--not postpartum changes. Blaming this entirely on postpartum hair loss is dismissive and ignores the clear errors in the work that was done. When I raised these concerns, they were brushed off. The owner even reached out to me, but offered no real resolution or compensation. After I responded, I never heard back again. The lack of accountability and follow-through is just as unacceptable as the poor quality of the service itself.
