No pressure to get any other service done other than what you asked for. Have to make another appointment and come back if you want to have repairs done. (Brakes). Waiting room is clean, cable tv and free wifi. Snacks available as well as coffee.Very quiet and one can get work done if wanted. The office ladies know the area and are eager to answer questions. If you are even one to three days late on a weekly payment (and have attempted to reach the office and notify them) prepare to have your phone calls ignored and your car unofficially repossessed without warning. He'll straight up ignore your phone calls just to deny you tried reaching out. He keeps a copy of the key and it seems possible he may have tracking devices on the cars as well. Even if you have the full payment in hand when he takes the car, he will not allow you to settle up, pay a late fee and resume owning the vehicle. Instead he keeps your significant down payment and then denies you access to the vehicle or any of your personal belongings. It took some time to figure out how this man legally gets away with this. Ultimately he "specializes" in financing cars by taking the initial down payment from low income individuals, then repossessing the car to resell it repeatedly. He does not actually provide legitimate financing that he intends to see through to the end. This is a form of legal theft that kicks some very good people when they are already down. Furthermore, any attempt to communicate or clear up a misunderstanding is met with unwarranted insults, false accusations, cursing, and a rudeness so extreme that you question your own reality--especially when contrasted with the pleasant man you meet when first arriving at the dealership. This behavior alone has most definitely carved out a nice and toasty place for this man to rest after this life is over. I feel mostly bad for his poor wife. RUN AWAY. If you are down on your luck and/or have a low credit score this guy sees you as his perfect prey. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to AVOID this man and his very evil business model. Also take the time to look up his reviews on Yelp. This is a repeated pattern.
