Owners are very active in the business. When they are there the service is good. When they are not, you are treated with the we don't care attitude. No pressure to get any other service done other than what you asked for. Have to make another appointment and come back if you want to have repairs done. (Brakes). Waiting room is clean, cable tv and free wifi. Snacks available as well as coffee.Very quiet and one can get work done if wanted. The office ladies know the area and are eager to answer questions. My truck broke down on my way from Atlanta to Charleston and it was a holiday weekend. I was stuck at a flying J truck stop and Triple A was giving me the run around on how I was going to get my truck to a repair shop, I was almost helpless. I looked around in the area and Youngblood Motor Co. was a beacon of light to solving my vehicle's issues. I had my truck towed to Youngblood and they had it fixed and ready to roll in little than over an hour. Solid service, people and nice little waiting room to boot! I have been on the hunt for a Ford Raptor for a few months. So I was checking around on auto trader and had contacted at least 25 Ford dealerships. Most had too many options (graphics, wrong color or just would not sell to me since I'm in California). I believe it has something to do with the strict California emissions and the dealerships not realizing the Ford Raptor is a 50 state legal truck. Anyways I had contacted Rebecca and I had lots of questions about the emissions. This was before I contacted Ford directly and asked about the emissions. Anyway after some emails (actually quite a few) I felt like this could be the truck. I had already placed a order with another Ford dealership and just could not wait the 3-5 months for the truck to be built. I decided to purchase the truck from Youngblood and being 2500 miles from the dealership. I was a little apprehensive about how the purchase was going to to be handled. I had the best buying experience with Rebecca and Todd and the whole Youngblood staff. Everyone was super nice and when you are spending almost 70k it's just nice to be treated almost like I was a long term customer. California dealers should definitely take notes from This dealership. Everything from the paperwork to the shipping was handled very professional.
