I still remember my first visit - I was really determined to quit smoking but unhappy with the mod I bought online. The staff checked my mod which we deemed was defective. I found another one here, affordable, & juices I loved. Needless to say, I've not once picked up the stinky sticks since. I moved away for a few years & upon coming back to Chicago, I'm happy to be back. Same great service, selection, & prices. Recently, I stopped in on Sunday, desperate. The tank on my mod was leaking all over the place & I knew a replacement was due. Joseph recommended me the perfect tank, coils to go with, & of course, I had to get another bottle of some juice. (Also recommended but a new favorite!) if you're thinking about dropping cigarettes or already enjoy vaping, pay this place a visit. He replied "the price is right there, you could've read it," then just stared at me as I walked out. The price labels were tiny and I couldn't read them. The cashier was also on a call on speakerphone while I was in there - said it was his friend. That's totally cool, but he was asking them (presumably his manager) if the store had the product I wanted and then asked me to find it myself and point it out. I had asked about weed edibles, which they have a whole shelf of. He didn't seem to believe they had any until the guy on the phone said so, but they have 20+ products. Maybe I just caught him on an off-day. Maybe he's a new employee. Either way, I left feeling disrespected and don't plan on returning.

The layout of the store is flipped & centered more on smoking accessories and fewer convenience store items. The store is howered in the brightest led light. Small head shop with unique glass pipes and the different smoking accessories. Few brands of herb & cart vapes, newer shorter bongs and rigs. Pricing is all over but the proprietor ensures, "you should feel happy when you leave. We can work a little on the pricing, so take your time and choose." That's good to know since listed prices can raise the brow. The selection is interesting though. I like intriguing chillum and bowls with a long stem. They have a few double blown pipes that react to heat when lit. So the stem illuminates as you draw. This and other unique pipes are available. For the collector, a few cool finds.
