These guys are terrible! Their tech put several gouges in my dash and a hole in my leather seat! I immediately brought my car back and showed the manager after waiting 15 minutes for him to come out of his office. He saw the damage and said he would take care of it. Five days later a guy showed up at my house and tried to repair the damage and it looked horrible when he was done. He used some sort of spray on my dash and had overspray all over my brand new windshield! I called the manager at Glass Pro and told him I was not happy with the repairs. He said he would make some calls to get my seat recovered and take care of the windshield and that was the last I ever heard from him. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for window repairs. read more

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the overall windshield replacement. I took my car to Jiffy Lube and they set me up with Glasspro, where I would bring my car back to Jiffy Lube the next day and they would have a Glasspro tech there to replace my windshield. The price was fair, and they did not over book, (I was the only car there at that time for service on my windshield). I arrived at about 1 pm and by 1:45 the job was complete. Attitude free and professional with fast excellent service. I highly recommend Glasspro. read more

I was impressed with the conduct and speed on Safelite window replacement. Excellent service with a returned car cleaner then when I brought it in. Four stars read more

An amazing experience. The entire rear window of my Tahoe was smashed and the frame bent. The repair was completed in under two hours, as well as all of the broken glass in the vehicle cleaned up. They also worked out payment with my insurance company the day before. This is the second time I have found it necessary to use them in the past several years. Excellent experience both times! read more

I called on Friday for a Monday appt. Upon arriving the staff greeted me warmly & then another person inspected my car & explained what was involved. Within 30 minutes it was ready! I did not want a replacement, and the repair was barely noticeable. The car was filthy (1 of our kids driving), but they even vacuumed it!! Talk about service! read more

I'm going to start by saying in the end I'm extraordinary pleased with glass pro, but my initial experience was nothing short of awful. I have a brand new car less than three months old and was well more than upset when a rock smacked into my windshield and caused a huge crack that was spidering completely across my windshield. My insurance company recommended me to glass pro so I went ahead and set up the appointment. Only problem was they didn't have an after market windshield for my car because it was so new so they would have to order it from the dealership. They called me a few days later saying it was ready and the only time my appointment could be made at that location was monday- friday. I scheduled it for my one morning off work that week and looked forward to my new windshield even though it was another 4 days away. I went to glass pro that morning 8am in rush hour traffic and rain. Only to be running late and be told after waiting for 15 minutes they had ordered the wrong windshield for my car and that the correct one would have to be reordered. I was beyond angry and they didn't seem to act like it was a big deal even blaming it on the dealership not their lack of checking to make sure they had the correct part. It took them another week to get the part back in and reschedule me, again my one morning off and it was raining. I was less than displeased because they didn't offer to do anything in order to help accommodate my schedule. My car was fixed my windshield looks great, exactly the same one I had gotten with my car. I got the phone survey a few days later and let them know how I felt about my services. PAUL HEINAUER CALLED ME THE NEXT MORNING. I can not deny, I was impressed. I felt like such a valued customer at that point as the founder of the company was calling one random customer who had a bad experience. I love the company. He asked me about my entire experience and even sent me A HANDWRITTEN LETTER COMPLETE WITH STARBUCKS GIFTCARD AND A GENUINE APOLOGY FOR MY EXPERIENCE. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone because a few disgruntled employees who aren't doing there job right will be corrected by their owner and founder and that is what makes a good company. HATS OFF TO YOU GLASSPRO AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR APOLOGY, IT TRULY MEANT ALOT TO ME. read more

After safelite treated me like garbage, glasspro swooped in and saved the day by going well out of their way to deliver prompt and dependable service. The woman that I spoke with on the phone, Menevra, had excellent phone etiquette and shuffled her techs schedule around to help me out. She took care of transferring my insurance claim from safelite to glasspro over the phone and made the replacement of my windshield (which was becoming one huge pain in the neck with safelite) a breeze. Glasspro vs Safelite is like night and day. Glasspro gets the big thumbs up in this battle. read more

Glass Pro was SO easy to work with and each person I talked to was extremely friendly. When it rained the day my appointment was scheduled (for them to travel to me, mind you), they offered to come pick up my car and drive it back to their shop since I had no other ride to work. When they were done, they dropped it back off at my work. They even vacuumed my car! I wish every car place was as convenient and friendly as they are! read more

I had a terrible experience with Glasspro. Made an appointment for them to come to my house to replace a cracked window. After waiting for the technician to arrive for 3-4 hours, he had brought the wrong windshield. He promised that his boss had now ordered the right one and I made an appointment to go to their shop and have it installed. After waiting 30 minutes, I was now informed that they still did not have the right windshield and once again they would have to order it. That is when I decided to go to another company for this service. read more

Great experience here today. Courtney checked me in quickly, they took my car back and finished the job quickly. Friendly, fast, and professional. That and a great price. What more could you ask for? read more

This is my second day at GlassPro. I had broken front windshield on my Honda CRV. I made an appointment on Wednesday, April 9th to get the front windshield replaced. I did run late for the appointment, approximately 30 minutes because I had the wrong directions. I tried to call GlassPro to tell them I was running late, but got caught in a preprogramed phone directory and didn't want to drive, press numbers hung up. The glass was scratched, so it didn't matter. I made an appointment for April 10th at 3:00 p.m. I was told on 4/9/14 that the wait would be two hours. At 4:50 p.m. just when I thought they were going to hand me the keys to my car, they informed me that my car would be ready at 5:20 p.m. When I asked why, they said they were running behind. If you knew that you were runnig behind why wait until ten minutes before my car is supposed to be done to tell me?I'm going to be late to my next appointment. The average wait for a windshield is two hours and the chairs are uncomfortable. The front staff, Ms. Fugate was very nice so that's a plus. I probably wouldn't use them for home use either since the first windshield was scaratched, no one called prior to my appointment, and they should check stock when it comes into the business. read more
