Don't blame her when you know it was you. The only time this company moved fast was when they charged my card. Their techs seem like nice guys but you can tell some of them have much less experience than others. They had to come out at least 6 times to complete this job. While dealing with Charleston Glass, I found Palmetto Glass in WA. NIGHT AND DAY! They are doing the rest of my restoration and specialty glass. I have had nothing but a good experience with them. Fast, reliable and respectful of clients' time. Call them and skip Charleston Glass altogether.

I went round and round with the manager/owner. She finally offered to remove them when we relocate. 4.5 years later we are moving and so I emailed them, using the same email thread to refresh their memories. I heard nothing in return. 5 days later I sent another email. I received a reply saying that they are "already scheduled for several weeks" and "Kathy does the scheduling and will be back in the office tomorrow". This was on March 26. I reached out again after calling letting them know of my frustration. Nothing. I have clearly given them every opportunity to honor their word that was made in writing 4.5 years ago. Looking back on our email communication 4.5 years ago, it was the exact same, ignored emails and no replies. On their website they have listed under WHY CHOOSE US? This only further reflects the level of unprofessionalism I experienced throughout this entire process. I would highly recommend bringing your business elsewhere. As others have mentioned, this has been one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant companies I've ever dealt with. I originally reached out to purchase window stops while waiting on a competitive quote from another vendor, especially since this company quoted me a $200 delivery fee for a 20-minute drive. After two weeks of being told I would "get a call back," I was finally informed that they didn't want to spend the time determining which window stops I needed, despite having already provided an incorrect option in their first quote. I was also told, very bluntly, that they "make more money" replacing windows than selling parts, so they weren't interested in helping. The representative I spoke with was condescending throughout the conversation and repeatedly called me "honey" in a rude, unprofessional tone. It's clear they do not value customer service or vendor relationships and are focused solely on maximizing profit. They've lost my business, and I'll be sharing this experience so others can avoid the same frustration.
