Having a windshield problem during a holiday week, I had to wait almost a full week to get it fixed. Thankfully, my windshield held out, but the substantial crack in it kept enlarging, and I could not help but wonder how this industry makes it difficult to impossible to get service outside of regular business hours. If anything, major holidays are a time of elevated car problems as many people are driving long distances. And not everyone will be so fortunate as to be able to drive away from an incident. I also note this because upon arriving, the place didn't seem so busy that they couldn't have squeezed someone like me in a bit sooner. Having noted all this, my actual service was fine. It was quicker than advertised, being finished in a little over an hour despite some jazz about how computerized safety features required some special calibration. My insurance covered my windshield, thankfully, and I didn't see any value in adding new windshield wipers as they suggested. Ultimately, my problem was solved, but I still think we need a vehicle emergency room that's open all hours.

They informed of SafeLite being the preferred provider so I set up an appointment online to get that squared away. Setting up the appointment was effortless - and if you can't find a date soon enough, they suggest checking another location to get you in sooner. I've used SafeLite before in Goose Creek a few years back and loved the customer service. The one here was just as good and fast. I opted for waiting on my car so came prepared with books and studying material only to find out it would be much faster than I thought! I was shocked over how short the wait time was -- only about 45 minutes when I took my car to their shop. There's a big window in the waiting area to which you can see them work on your car plus I got text alerts of the progress. Dashawn informed me about the maintenance and after care tips. I didn't have any tapings to remove afterwards when I got the text message saying it's safe to remove them so I'm guessing the glue they have is much more quick drying than ones in the past. I'm sure if I were to have issues they would fix it in a stitch. Overall pleased with how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment and the swiftness and politeness of the staff when it came to taking care of my car.
