When you ask to speak with a person it says it is transferring you and then no one ever picks up. It also tells you to go to the website. When you go to the website it gives you an 800 number to call or text. When you text, it gives you an 866 number to text. When you text the 866 number, it replies with "an agent will be with you shortly" and that's it...no one (or bot) ever responds to additional messages. Tried to report on the website but get an error message "Oops. Problem on our end. Try again later." I just need my windshield wiper fluid line hooked back up. Have used them previously with no problems, but can see if you have ANY issue, it is impossible to speak with a live human being unless you drive to the physical establishment.
