Fast service and he even peeled off my decals. I tried to find out when he was coming but the yelp spokesman had a personal emergency. Luckily I live in a safe neighborhood so I left my car keys in my car with windows down. Someone forgot to tell technician I went to work so he called and waited until I got home. Thankfully I work nearby read more

I called Windshield Rehab about the passenger side door window on my 2002 Ford Focus and Richard the owner had his Technician here on the very next day. As it turned out the glass wasn't even broken. The regulator was however. The technician made some recommendations and secured the window for me until I can get to my mechanic to have a new regulator installed. The technician was very helpful and professional. Richard the owner was also very professional and helpful. Windshield Rehab is now my go to place for anything having to do with auto glass repair. They are also very very reasonable. If I could give them 100 stars, I definitely would. I highly recommend this business to anyone!!! Awesome staff and service!!! Keep up the great work!!! read more

Windshield Rehab was amazing. Richard, the owner, was super responsive when I reached out for a quote and scheduling. Being new to the area, I am still out of state registered, but they quoted me a very generous price compared to multiple other places I reached out to before I luckily found them! They do next day service, and they ask for a window of time to come. Brandon, the technician, called ahead to give me a 30 min heads up which was very professional of him. He got here and knocked the job out quickly and efficiently! I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend to anyone in the Charleston, SC area! read more

After calling the well known/advertised replacement companies, and told I would need an appointment 3 to 7 days later for various reasons, I called WR. They came to my house the next morning, did it in a half hour and I was able to drive 20 minutes later. Paid for by my insurance company. Thank you WR! read more

They were prompt and did the job without any issues. They were up front with the cost since we were paying for the installation. There were no additional charges. They gave us the best price for all the other places I contacted. They were honest as to when they could do the job and worked it in with our schedule. read more

Excellent business. My experience was very smooth and positive from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

Today was a mess. Life is crazy and seeming to fall apart all around me and then the unexpected happens! My rear glass in my Toyota Sequoia gets shattered. I don't have a garage to park it in so it has to get done today. Thankful State Farm covered 100% of the bill and Windshield Rehab saves the day. Ten places at 3 pm said they couldn't do it. This guy said he could. In a few hours the guy was here and wa la! New glass. Thank you for making it happen!!! read more

I called Windshield Rehab on a Tuesday to inquire whether insurance in SC covers car windows like they do windshields. The gentleman that answered was knowledgeable and friendly. I have Progressive Insurance and they happen to be a preferred provider. He got me on a three-way call with Progressive and long story short, my front passenger window was replaced with zero deductible THE NEXT DAY! And bonus....they are a mobile service and they come to you! Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend! read more

Their work is perfection- (James was so fast and 100% from start to finish) And they come to you! Amazing perk very few companies offer this to their customers - Could not be happier with the work James and Richard did for my car back windshield window. Less than 45 mins! Amazing job. read more

Such a great experience. Our windshield got hit by a rock on a long drive home on a Saturday, I got in touch with Windshield Rehab on Sunday, and I had a repair person out here on Tuesday! It was timely and cost effective. Can't recommend enough! read more

Having to replace your car windshield is never fun. Especially when your insurance doesn't cover it. I shopped around and my stress level grew with each quote. Then I found Windshield Repair. The owner, Richard was not only quick with the quote but reassuring and helpful beyond belief! James (and his partner, sorry, didn't get his name) were awesome! They came when they said they would and the job was done in a timely and professional manner. Don't bother shopping around (I see you Safelite with your quote of more than double that of Windshield Repair) just call Richard. He and the crew at Windshield Repair will take care of you with the best prices and service around. I absolutely recommend them to everyone! read more

My daughter's car needed a window replaced, I live outside South Carolina and had to do business over the phone. Windshield Rehab are a small family owned business that prides itself for their work and customer service. Richard, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. This company is a go to in the Charleston area. Their pricing was $100 less than the national brand company and they also come to you. They are reliable, on time, and have the best customer service I've encountered in years. Save time and money by hiring Window Rehab. Thanks again Richard for all the help and great service. read more

Don't normally leave reviews but I'm an out of towner and these guys helped me out in a pinch after catching a rock to the windshield on the way down. Were willing to drive out to Seabrook Island and take care of me in less than hour and for cheaper than I've had it done in the past. Highly recommend! read more

After trying several other windshield repair places (you know, the ones with the jingles you can't get out of your head), and being put on hold or passed off to someone else, I stumbled across Windshield Rehab during an online search. They bent over backwards to accommodate my very unreasonable request to replace my windshield a mere four hours after I made the call, did it in my driveway, and did it with a smile and great attitude. Richard, with whom I spoke on the phone, made every effort to help me, called around to his service men, and called me back with updates. I don't want to break my windshield again, but if I do, I'll call these guys to fix it. read more

This was the best experience I've ever had. On Sunday my back window burst. So I looked online for a company that was open on Sunday. I saw that Windshield Rehab was open, so I called and I talk to Richard. I explain to Richard what happened to Back window and that I needed it to be replaced that day because I had to go out of town the next morning. Richard from Windshield Rehab did all that he could do to try and get me my windshield fix. He called his technician Sheldon to see if he could come and fix my window early Monday morning. Knowing that they had other customers that they were supposed to be servicing that day also. He squeeze me in so that I will be able to get on the road early that morning. All I could to say thank you for the great customer service that Richard from Windshield Rehab and the technician Sheldon did to make sure that I was taken care of. I would recommend this company to everyone. read more
