Technicians drained oil and didn't replace and also did not bleed the new radiator leading the car to overheat and breakdown on the highway. Manager never took any responsibility. Response to previous post is inaccurate. We had another body shop and the dealership take a look at the damage and found that was directly related to the Degovanni. Our insurance tried getting in contact with them for 6 months plus and each time they said that they needed the manager to respond back and they were out of office.

My only issue with Ed's Auto Glass is that I can only give them five stars. That seems insufficient…read morefor the amazing work that Tommy did. My 86-year-old mother had her front passenger window broken just for fun by a hoodlum. She took it to a different place who replaced the window and, believe it or not, glued it shut. He claimed that the glass run channel was not working, that the molding to hold the window in place wouldn't hold the glass in place, the bolts were rusted, etc., etc., etc. He was upset when I brought the car back to him and muttered why I wouldn't believe him. He put the fear of God in me that if he took the panel off he might not be able to replace it. After a discussion with our regular mechanic, who could not find new molding, I decided to not let this other place work on the car again. I was referred by someone else to Ed's Auto Glass. They told me about Tommy who has worked on windows forever and is a magician at fixing them. Long story short, Tommy looked at it, said he could fix it, and did so in a couple of hours the next day. It needed some lubricant, clips, and someone that knew what they were doing. It is better than new as he also screwed on a part of the door that had fallen off previously and had nothing to do with the job. At this point, I would never, ever, ever, take my auto glass to anyone but Ed's Auto Glass. They are serious professionals who did an amazing job. My 86-year-old mother, who went through World War II and the Holocaust, was absolutely thrilled to get her car back. The price I paid for the job was fair. The look on my mother's face when she got her car back with a fixed window was priceless and something I will always remember. Thank you so very much for putting some real joy into my mother's life.

The service was incredibly fast, and they made sure every single one of my needs was met throughout the entire process. When I got my car back, it looked absolutely brand new--like it had just come off the lot. What really sets them apart, though, is how much they genuinely care about their customers. They worked with me on a payment plan because they understood how urgently I needed my car, which meant so much to me. They also kept me informed every step of the way with regular updates, so I never felt out of the loop. On top of that, they handled all the little details that make a huge difference--they drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental, let me leave it at their shop when I was done, then vacuumed, cleaned it out, and returned it for me! The level of customer service here is truly exceptional. You will not find a better body shop than Collex in Pennsauken. Highly, highly recommend!
