He has not responded. This company does not stand behind their word. In my personal opinion, and first hand experience. Customer service does not exist. That first time, I spoke to Renee Neville about a customized piece and she walked me through the entire process. After placing the order by telephone, I was able to pick up like a week later and through that process, we were in contact via text. The service was fantastic! So, here I am again, wanting to place an order. I sent Renee a text message, no answer. I went online and sent two messages through the "contact us" tab, no response, I called the shop number numerous times at (209) 835-1472, the phone line would just ring and then voice machine. I left voice messages. One time, I was able to speak with someone, she told me she would get back to me that day (I wanted to know if they could find me in their system because I wanted the exact order from last time) but two days passed, no returned phone call. I left another message and Dave from Tracy glass texted me back that day (3/28/24) and we chatted a bit, I told him that I would like to place an order and that was the last time I heard from anyone. We bought the glass cut out we wanted, and then had Tameen's crew install it on our existing front door, with cutting it, and framing it in, then also painting the door on the outside as well. We've also brought Dragon back in January 2024 to do our upstairs guest bathroom with shower doors instead of the curtain we've had there for quite a while now. One of the best "decorating" decisions I made led me to Chrystal and Steve at All American Glass. They worked with me to fabricate custom glass for most of my bureaus and tabletops. Not only is the addition of glass aesthetically appealing, my furniture is protected and cleaning is simplified. Depending on where the item is located and specific uses, Chrystal presents options and also offers her valuable recommendations. Time frame and prices are more than reasonable. One of my projects was during the holidays and they still made it happen. Last summer, I realized the outdoor rattan table needed a stable surface for refreshments. Quick trip to see Crystal and the following week.....problem solved . WELL....the only flaw was my measuring! Discovered that the table was not an even rectangle - no doubt it is affected by the elements. Easy solution from Crystal, "bring the table to the shop". Steve was able to shave the tabletop glass to perfection! All American Glass is a business that treats you like a friend !
