After placing the order by telephone, I was able to pick up like a week later and through that process, we were in contact via text. The service was fantastic! I went online and sent two messages through the "contact us" tab, no response, I called the shop number numerous times at (209) 835-1472, the phone line would just ring and then voice machine. One of my projects was during the holidays and they still made it happen. Last summer, I realized the outdoor rattan table needed a stable surface for refreshments.
