My garage door started malfunctioning and bowing in the middle 2 panels causing the door to stop opening and had to rely on manual operation. I am a renter, so my property management company received my service request early yesterday morning and a few hours later I was contacted by Jeff. I missed his call and he left a voicemail. Called him back this morning and he was extremely flexible with scheduling and I was off today since I had 2 doctors appts (1 morning and 1 afternoon). He offered to send someone out today with a 1 PM to 3 PM window which was perfect for me. Sure enough a gentleman showed up around 2:30 PM to assess the situation. As soon as we opened the garage door, he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He said he can replace it if that's what the owner wants but he was confident he could perform a cost-effective repair to remedy the situation, but the decision was ultimately up to the homeowner. He called Jeff to report his findings. Within minutes Jeff had the approval to move forward with the repair since they didn't feel a replacement was necessary and they could easily do a repair, which was done on the spot. It only took about 30 minutes. He added 2 support beams to the panels and new rollers. Mannnnnn the garage door rolls up smooth like butter on those new rollers. Those definitely make an obvious difference. The door now opens like it is a brand-new garage door and this thing is 17 years old! I saw the 1-star yelp review from someone back in 2019 so I went outside and checked if the rollers are actually new. Yep, they are brand spankin' new and the garage door is working perfectly. Although I am not the homeowner or the property manager, I really appreciate them not trying to scam anyone into a new door. Highly recommend this business.
