My garage door wouldn't open for over a week. I couldn't figure out what it was on my own. I checked the sensors and the overall look of the door, it all seemed fine. The door just wouldn't open with any remotes or even the button! Finally I gave up trying and called this company, they were able to fit me in and figure it out! When we told them about the issues the female rep was rude and basically told us it's not their problem. I have done business with Castle for a few years and have always had a great experience. Carlos and Jose do great work and I always talked to Rachael in the office who was always pleasant to talk to and very knowledgable. I have a few houses that have been serviced and have never used anyone else but the last two times I have called I spoke with one girl that did not seem to know anything and she transferred me to another who was very rude and basically told me it was not her job to help me and she was busy. When I asked to speak to Rachael or to the manager she told me that Rachael was gone and that she was the office manager. My garage door had a mechanical malfunction which left it sitting at an angle with glass broken and in fairly poor shape. I called Cassle Garage Door the next morning and they arrived 3 hours later, (same day!). I had assumed that they would be recommending a new door as it appeared to be a major failure. They only had to repair my door with a few parts, realigned the door on the track(s) and added additional bracing on the sides.
