Until I tried to lift my garage door. Lesson learned, garage door springs fail eventually. Great great service! I came home Christmas day to a broken spring. I hoped on yelp and sent out 5 quote requests and the owner Josh wrote back within minutes (keep in mind this is christmas day!) with an actual price and said he could come the next day between 8 am and 9 am. He was the only one to give an exact available time and the only one to wish me a Merry Christmas back. He also said his normal response is same day but being Christmas he could come the next day at 8 am. This poor guy was up until 4 am visiting family on christmas and still came first thing the next morning at 8 am to fix my garage door. He was right on time and knew exactly what was wrong and said it would take him about 25 minutes. He installed the new spring, balanced the cables, lubed everything and noticed that one of the sensors was knocked off do to the door falling so he recalibrated that and as if that wasn't enough he secured my garage door button back to the wall it had been dangling from the wire that runs to the opener. I didn't need to ask him to do any of those things. I am a person that I would pay more for great reliable service but he was the lowest quote I got as well so that was a very nice bonus! read more

Spoke with Joshua, the business owner who also fixes the garage door problems. Apparently, he replaced our broken garage door springs two winters ago because they are broken again this time despite my regular lubrications. I told him the situation because I don't want the same thing happening again in the next two years. I also asked for a better spring quality and replacement. He came in on time to the agreed appointment and gave us a verbal warranty that if his new springs replacement breaks again in less than five years that he will replace and do labor for free. He seemed like a decent person and professionally did the work quickly. We will then see what happens in the future. For the meantime, I am sending a very good review. read more
