Update: 3/11/17: Garage opener started making a rattling sound and had Wilfredo come out on a Saturday to inspect. He was on-time and came all the way to Stockton for inspection. Upon fixing the problem, I asked how much I owed him and he simply said "nothing"! That's above and beyond customer service and I can't recommend a better, honest business man! Thank you Wilfredo! Reliable and professional service. Wilfredo and Jerry came out and replaced the springs of my garage and I was very pleased with their professionalism and communication. I am furious with the way this man approached my conversation with another garage door repair man. my garage door broke and I of courses called around for ratea. it was a spring darn it. got rates from 150.00 to $410. I checked the reviews and made a few appointments. my husband and I talked and I said forget it I will do it myself. I called and left messages or text everyone I thought I called to cancel. I went to Home Depot and got run around and had to order springs. since I am in my late 60s. came home and said let's just have it done. the first thing in the am. garage guys called me and said. did u need help and I explained. and he said I can be there in 30 mins. so he came. while he was there. willford pulled up and got out of the truck like a male dog that someone was peeing on his tree. he was furious that I had someone else. honestly it was no disrespect. I thought I had cancelled everyone. and everyone was suppose to call be fore they were coming. he actually is lucky that there was another adult standing there because I might be 66 but no one steps on my property with a punk attitude. period. basically his greed was dripping all around him I am still furious when I think of him getting out of truck with growl on his face so someone give him a job he looks like he needs a few pennies. read more

Wilfredo is the BEST ! His service is professional and he is friendly. He scheduled the garage door panel replacement in timely manner and was efficient and did an excellent job. We have had him work at our home, our shop, and rentals. He is reasonable with prices but does all the work in a timely manner and we are always happy with the end product whether it's a spring, replace a new panel that got dented or new doors! I called last week for reprogramming and 2 garage remotes. I was quoted $190 and set an appointment for today between 8AM-10AM. At about 10:35AM, I called to follow up and see what time the technician would be here. Thinking it was possible s/he could have been running behind on other service calls. The phone rang, was picked up, then hung up. No technician ever came and no one ever called to reschedule. My garage door spring broke in the morning. At 4pm it was fully repaired, adjusted, and tested and was a good as new at a reasonable cost. Wilfredo's garage door service is as good as it gets at reasonable rates. I could have had my garage door repaired by others, however they all wanted 20% to 40% more than Wilfredo for the same job. The last time we had to pay about 35% more for the same job 3 years ago to our other car garage door and had to wait the next day for service. I did not like that. I will be calling him back the next time I have another car garage door problem and highly recommend him as he completes the job in a timely manner and you don't have to pay an arm and leg for the repairs. GREAT SERVICE! Called after hours. Wilfredo was at our home within 1/2 hour. Broken sprocket. He also greased our rollers. Bought our house last June. Previous owners did't take care of the garage door. Wilfredo explained maintenance. We will have him do our annual service. Not impressed at all, I walked in with my wife for a quote on two doors and openers after reading good reviews but the guy/owner was not personable at all and after I explained exactly what I wanted, he flipped through his book of prices, looked up to the ceiling to do the math in his head and then gave me some lousy quote, higher than one of the biggest most reputable companies in town that I gotten a quote from also. When I called to schedule an appointment a man answered and sounded like he was irritated with me and passed the phone to a woman. the woman was so rude and told me she was busy to hold on. Then after I scheduled the appointment the woman calls back later and cancels because it was "already scheduled for another customer" when you can hear the man in the back telling her what to say and he was talking to another man saying he didn't want to work that late because it gets hot!! The day of the appointment which was between 10-11 the tech showed up at 1!!!! I called the office and the woman said he had a family emergency and then I called the cell phone number and he said he was stuck in traffic! It so happens it was the owner! And the owner was so unprofessional! He was so rude! This company is a joke! read more

Wilfredo's did an excellent job replacing my garage door. The price was great and the gentleman who did the work was very nice and good at his job. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I had scheduled an appointment and was told they would arrive between 8am-9am. They didn't show up until 10am and I had to call to see when they would be coming after 9am passed. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice if they had let me know once they realized they would be late. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate to call again or recommend Wilfredo's to others. read more

Had Wilfredo install a new garage door. All I can say is "Wow"! He did a great job. I didnt think he would be so fast when he said that it wouldnt take all day because of the appointments that I had waiting. Scheduling was prompt, reasonably priced and gave me some pointers on maintenance. I didnt realize that my garage door opener should be serviced regularly. My garage door broke and Wilfredo came out the next day. He was professional and honest and didn't try to up sell me on anything. Excellent customer service! We used Will about two years ago when our garage door opener went out. He came out the same day and installed a new unit at a reasonable price. They installation was quick and set up with perfection. Will had noticed that the new home builder placed a single spring on our garage door which was not installed properly and at some point we would need to have two springs installed so the door would work as designed. Today the single spring finally broke! Of course on a Saturday and both cars stuck in the garage. I called Will not expecting him to be in the office on a Saturday since he is closed, he answered the phone and came out fixed the door the correct way with two springs. He installed them in about 30 min and we were back in business. I would recommend Will to anyone looking for great service, prompt and reasonable prices. Negative experience with Will He was referred to us to complete our attempted roll up door install as we were in over our heads. He lectured us about leaving jobs like this to the professionals which should have been a red flag since it was fine. He then quoted over $900 to finish the work and missed two appointments for which he gave an excuse about going to Mexico to visit his ill mother (completely understandable if true). On the third appointment he complained about things being in his way and refused to move 3 boxes (they just needed to be slid aside). He then complained about a small section of sheetrock being in his way and refused to cut out the section he needed. When I sent my husband to cut it he left and wouldn't come back. Trying to work with him was waste of time and in all honesty, he lacks basic manners. We called Barton Overhead Door who charged $300 less than what Will quoted, kept their appointment and completed the job in an hour. Will- turns out you were right after all, we needed to call the real professionals. I like shopping small and keeping my money local but don't waste your time with this guy! read more

As a property manager I deal with many issues regarding repairs with units. I was doing the final inspection on a home and the garage door was completely torn off and dismembered. Mind you this was at 6 PM. The area of town at the unit was in wasn't the best either and I knew that either had to boarded up or call someone to put in a new garage door. Everyone was either closed or could not install it for several days. I called Wilfredo's and they came within 30 minutes and installed a brand-new garage door and took the old one away within two hours. Very affordable prices and I even had a question a few weeks later and he personally came back to the property and did extra work for me just to make sure it was all done correctly. Didn't even get a chance to do business with them. A no show. I had an appointment for 10:00AM-12:00pm at 12:05 I called to see what was up as I took time off work to be home during this time. I was told they were on their way and I would get a call back in minutes with an ETA. At 12:30 I called back and was told he didn't know when they would be there. The Technician never called the office to update where he was. I was told maybe tomorrow. They were told cancel the appointment. To Wilfredo my time is not important.
