Is this business still running?! I've been trying to reach someone since mid March and place an order to replace a piece I purchased a year and half ago. That first time, I spoke to Renee Neville about a customized piece and she walked me through the entire process. After placing the order by telephone, I was able to pick up like a week later and through that process, we were in contact via text. The service was fantastic! So, here I am again, wanting to place an order. I sent Renee a text message, no answer. I went online and sent two messages through the "contact us" tab, no response, I called the shop number numerous times at (209) 835-1472, the phone line would just ring and then voice machine. I left voice messages. One time, I was able to speak with someone, she told me she would get back to me that day (I wanted to know if they could find me in their system because I wanted the exact order from last time) but two days passed, no returned phone call. I left another message and Dave from Tracy glass texted me back that day (3/28/24) and we chatted a bit, I told him that I would like to place an order and that was the last time I heard from anyone. I don't know what is going on here. Today, I sent another message to Dave. I called the office, no response. At this point I feel like I'm bothering!! I wanted to purchase from this business because of the experience I had with them last time but that is NOT the case now. Very unfortunate! read more

Never came back to finish job! Quoted us for sun screens and gave us regular screens! Didn't install screens properly had to hire somebody else to finish job. Broke a screw in our shower that he installed didn't say anything about it and now dosent answer any calls! The shower leaks too. Stay away from Tracy Glass!!! read more

It was a large job, 10 window and a slider, including upgraded privacy glass for the bathrooms. I'd been putting this off for a while, due to the price. Today May 11th, 2023 I went looking for small size glass panels. Being the dimension were 9.5 by 8 inches. I didn't think that the business would do it. I was surprised of the willingness to accept the job. The owner was very professional in every aspect in his knowledge of glass cutting, even explained to me the characteristics of tempered glass. i am going to agree with the reviewers below. They are not very friendly. Toni (spelling??) was super friendly and awesome. The guy who answers the phone for m second call was snarky and condescending. Absolutely unnecessary. I am sorry i am not knowledgeable about windows. But I guess he does not care about the reviews on yelp. There are only a few places willing to replace windows in Tracy so it is what it is. I will not be using them though. read more

My fireplace glass was always cloud and ugly. Recently we decided to tile our fireplace and it made the glass look even worse. We went to a fireplace company and asked about replacement glass. They told me "you need to order a special glass from a glass company". They said they even tried to clean it but I didn't look different. I took it to Tracy Glass for a quote. Renee called me and said it would be upward of $900...(I was clearly disappointed although I was expecting the cost) I was quiet for a moment, but she said wait I didn't finish...we tried to clean it and I think it looks a lot better. Well I picked it up today, and it's not better, it's PERFECT. For a nominal, and beyond reasonable fee, I couldn't have asked for more!!! I WILL BE BACK. I called tracy glass ( big waste of time) A man came to my house , looked at the window and said he would be in touch. After a couple day, nothing, so i decided to do my own homework and find a company who specializes in that glass and even provided the owner with new information. . no reply back,.3 weeks later....still no reply... The top screen to my tortoise cage broke. I went to ace hardware where they told me they could re-screen it in 7-10 DAYS! Ummm, nope! Not gonna work. The screen holds my tortoise's lights, which he needs to live. I called Tracy glass and she said to come by. I came by and was greeted by a very friendly woman. She assured me her husband could fix it by tomorrow. We left the screen there. Within ONE HOUR the woman called me back saying my screen was ready!
