Owner means well, But with so many workmanship problems for a windshield replacement, and…read morepermanently damaging my pride and joy I would not recommend them for anyone with a special car they care about. So much glue used it was oozing inside on the pillar; furthermore, they left bits of the old glue in my AC vents. For over 3 months the chemical smell was(and still is) terrible to the point I would use my other car, and still it ruined the interior leather smell of my car. The careless installer scratched my dash board, which was very disappointing. They tried to make good but ultimately made it worse when the owner hired an unqualified person to fix it; who spray painted my dash and made the problem larger and more noticeable. Poor quality windshield too, with a big generic rubber surround that doesn't fit like oem, and the corners don't seal against the body. Definitely not 5star service.

Quick, efficient work, and the final result looks just like the original glass. Overall, excellent service when I needed it most. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough amazing things about City of Stars and their staff! They went above and beyond…read morefrom the moment I first contacted them until the moment they completed my car. White glove service set the tone when they scheduled to pick up my car for service while also arranging for my rental car to be dropped off to me. I didn't have to leave my home at all, and they even got me a comparable, if not better, luxury vehicle to keep me accommodated in similar fashion while my car was serviced. During the repairs, my insurance company (State Farm ) tried to low ball my parts and use old, recycled and damaged materials but city of stars stood their ground on producing quality work and not using damaged or low quality parts on my vehicle! They kept accurate records of everything they worked on and held the insurance company accountable when they tried to give me the run around! I was not only impressed by their professionalism and quality of work but most by their actual care for their customers. I felt like family the way they went to bat for me! They came highly recommended from a friend of mine who raved about them and I must say I'm now a raving fan too! My car also looks better than the day I first got it from the dealership! Paul, Paul, and Carlos along with the rest of the staff here are amazing and I'd go here again and again for any future needs I have. Please let this review be your sign to trust City of Stars for all your collision needs! Truly the best of the best!
