My truck was broken into a few days ago. I called to set up an appointment. The staff was great, and the technician that came out was awesome. He took the time to clean up the glass inside and out. I paid for the mobile service. Yes, it was a little more, but with my busy schedule, it worked out great. I recommend this company. Great work and good quality glass. read more

I went to see Al at A-Victory because of a recommendation that I got a while back. Al fixed two of my auto-locks in my Nissan Cube. The locks hadn't worked with my remote for years. I was very happy with his reasonable price and with the integrity of his work. The door locks worked well. One of the doors stopped working after a few weeks. I called him up and he made an adjustment and now the lock works perfectly. He did not charge me for the adjustment. Al stands behind his work and I respect that!! Pay Al a visit if you need work done he's very good at what he does. read more

This guy is my go to for any automobile window or lock repairs. He may give discount for cash payments.

I've taken various cars over the years to Al to have the power windows fixed. I've been meaning to get my window fixed for a long time, and when I drove by his shop my heart sank -- it wasn't there! The collision shop next door had taken over his shop too. I discovered he moved to 522 S Verdugo Drive. Google Map it to find it. Same great guy, same great service. read more

Rude, rude rude! Went into Victory Auto Glass, was told to go to the dealership to order a part for windshield which included the rubber and the dealer said I didn't need the whole part! Just the rubber.Went back to Victory Auto Glass to tell him I have the rubber and he insisted that I need the other part. And he got very rude and obnoxious and he told me to go to a body shop.It was an easy fix and he turned it into a big rude experience!I would not tell anyone to go here!He made an inexpensive job into a very expressive job. read more

Al is the man! Great customer service and very prompt and professional in his work. A rock was thrown up while driving down the 5 and shattered my windshield in my new Camaro. Called the dealer where I just bought it months earlier....they were going to charge me $950 - $1000 to replace it. Ouch!! And all out of pocket...was sick about it. Looked up A-Victory Auto Glass on Yelp and called Al. He put in the same factory glass for $400 and ordered it in that day. Highly recommend this place!!! read more

My rearview mirror on my 90' Bronco II fell off and after a failed attempt to do it myself I decided to use a professional. Al was courteous and fast and was able to see me same day. Thanks Al! read more

Excellent experience. Had my windshield replaced in less then half a day. Quality work, and GREAT price. Would highly recommend.

Someone removed the side view mirror off my husband's truck during the night. He went to Pep Boys and AutoZone with no avail in getting a replacement. They suggested he go to the Chevy dealership. The dealership did not have it in stock and referred him to A-Victory Auto Glass. Al was able to get the replacement glass and install it same day. Very reasonable price and excellent customer service! We highly recommend him for all your auto glass needs! read more

Recently, I dug an old vehicle out of storage (after 5 years) and was slowly in the process of getting her roadworthy again. However, the back window wasnt working properly and i was afraid that if i rolled it down, it wouldnt go back up...leaving the vehicle open. (yikes) So early one morning i went down to A-Victory Auto Glass WITHOUT an appointment. Albert greeted me with a smile & proceeded to diagnose the rear window problem...(which on a ford Bronco, is NO EASY FEAT!!) Due to sitting in storage for several years, there was some corrosion on the tailgate & the electrical system was less than functional. After a couple hours of fancy footwork, Albert not only got the widow working again, but cleaned & serviced the entire rear window system!! Now it works perfect, and theres nothing better than driving on a warm day with the back window down!! I have been going to Albert for about 10 years now and he is always professional, courteous & knowledgeable and i would never go anywhere else for anything pertaining to automotive glass!!! Call him up & find out for yourself. J. read more

Al is a nice guy but he lied. I took my car into Al after reading the great reviews here on Yelp to repair my driver's side window. It dropped down while I was trying to roll it up. Al quoted me $125 for parts and labor after saying I needed a NEW regulator. Agree to price and got the work done. Everything was fine for 6 days but my window dropped down again. Returned the car to him and he initially proposed to just keep the window "stuck up" but then he changed his mind (all in one breath), to seeing what the deal was with the window. He fixed it but exactly 2 weeks later, my window dropped again. This time, I'm conflicted as to what to do because I don't want to take it back to Al because obviously some faulty work was done. I took my car to another mechanic who has been doing some engine work so that I can pass the smog inspection. I asked him to check out the window and do whatever repair that needs to get done on it. In the midst of taking the car door apart, my mechanic immediately called me and told me "whoever did your window did NOT replace the regulator." So Al didn't do what he said he was going to do. He lied and performed faulty work for when I picked up my car from my mechanic after it was repaired, he showed me the original regulator. He explained that firstly, Al did NOT install a NEW regulator. In fact, he simply did a faulty fix on the original regulator by tying a knot on one of the wires which is something no mechanic should ever do. My car guy further told me Al even went as far as writing on the panel, on the inside of the door "new regulator replaced on 12/7/18". Really, Al? You know you did not replace the regulator with a "new" one let alone, replace it all so why write that lie? I contacted BBB and Al has yet to respond. Al, I just want my money back. I held off on writing this review since December because you're such a nice guy or seemed to be and I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to get your attention somehow. Please, let's resolve this and refund my $125. Thank you. read more

I was feeling helpless about mounting my rearview mirror after few unsuccessful efforts and 2 packs of glue from auto parts store. The man inside came got his super glue and had me in and out within a few minutes and my mirror was fixed. read more

Al took good care of my car. Good price as well. My go to guy for windshield replacement.

Came for a rear view mirror replacement, and the gentleman here at first was hesitant because he said the glass would shatter when taking the old one off, but after he looked at it, and tried it... It came off. He put the new one on and was very nice and helpful. So, thank you. I really appreciate it. read more

I chose this place because it was close, but was also got service that was fast, knowledgeable and lucky to have the window I needed to replace within a day. The rare trifecta of good, fast, and inexpensive, I couldn't be happier with the quality work and efficiency, especially since he is busy and didn't have to suffer a clueless customer like me, but he did and earned a customer and any referrals from me. read more

Three generations of family have come here for at least twelve repairs over 20 years. Same day, reliable repair or replacement for an honest, fair price. Had to wait overnight once for a part. If he can rebuild or repair it he'll tell you. He has repaired power window regulators, broken mirrors, and replaced glass on everything from '72 Skylark to '15 Camry and everything in between. Nothing but good attitude and quality work. read more

Love Al at A-victory auto glass. Prices are very reasonable and Al does quality work on time.

The driver's side window in my '05 Accord stopped working. After unsuccessfully trying to fix it myself I took the car here on a Saturday morning and it was fixed within hours for less than $100. The dealership quoted me hundreds of dollars so I was pleasantly surprised. I came back a week later for a quick fix on something else and that was also fast and cheap. read more

Had my 1998 corolla power window go out. Thinking it was going to be the regulator and motor. Al was very helpful and honest, he told me it was just motor. Dropped it off around 1pm and he had it done by closing time. The price he quoted was so reasonable I could believe it. The work was done perfectly and had everything back together and the window is working like new. I definitely would recommend bring your car to Al. read more

Very professional and very fair price..... This is as good as it gets on a car repair. read more

I called this place at 1:30 on a Saturday not realizing that he closed at 1. He was still nice enough to ask what he could do for me and I told him all I needed was my rearview mirror glued back on to my windshield. He asked me how soon I could be there and when I said 15 minutes he told me to just come by. I ended up sending my dad with my car to get it done. Not only did he do the mirror for almost $30 less than another place had quoted but switched out my broken driver side door handle with the back passenger side (he of course asked my dad first) for no charge. Not the perfect fix but I am sure grateful for it! I appreciate someone willing to go above and beyond just for the sake of doing a good job. Makes me very happy to support their business. read more

Took my 1984 Cadillac to them for a new power antenna, new power trunk, and new power window. He replaced all three motors for less than what the dealer would have charged me for one! Today I called about having my side mirror tightened (which requires removing the door panel) and he told me to come by and he would take care of it while I waited. Only two experiences so far but both very positive. read more

Al fixed a power window on my van back in December. Job well done. Well yesterday, it broke again. Same window, same problem. I called Al, and he ordered the part. As good and honest as it gets. A couple of years ago the passenger side power window stopped working on my Dodge Caravan and a friend recommended A-Victory. Albert got the job done the same day at an unbelievably reasonable price. A few days ago my driver's side window stopped working. Yesterday, I went over there unannounced around 8:30 in the morning. After diagnosing the problem Albert quoted me a very reasonable price for a new window motor (installed) or an even better price if he just rebuilt the current one. I'm cheap, so I went for the rebuilt option. Turns out he actually had one on-hand and I was out of there by 10:00am with a working window for under $100. Wish to hell this guy did more than just windows, because I'd be taking everything on wheels to him. read more

This place was awesome. I brought my car in for a simple re-attachment of my rear-view mirror. It's been so hot here the original bond finally broke. ('86 Old's Cutlass) I tried 3 times to re-attach with rear-view mirror adhesive, did all the steps exactly to no avail. I went here upon a recommendation from a friend, and he did not disappoint! He had this kit with a few different products in it, cleaned the spot, sprayed some adhesive, readied the mirror, and re-attached it. He then oiled up that old mirror, put it in place, and voila! That bad boy is not going anywhere. Highly recommended, this guy knows his work. 3 minutes & $12 later I left a happy customer. I should've just gone there in the first place... I spent more on my 3 tries, not to mention time wasted, than if I just went here. My new auto glass destination. read more
