I kept putting the repair off, just hoping it wouldn't get worse, but then realized I was one car wash away from it potentially cracking to the point of no return. That's when I decided to call Joe. And after Joe was done sealing it, it was practically unnoticeable from the outside and only slightly visible from inside. Keep in mind this was a crack that was three years old!! The second time, I was driving on the freeway, had a pebble hit my windshield on the otherside of my windshield, called Joe once again and he was at my home in three hours.
