The staff took the time to help us find a simple, but unique frame, and demonstrated the difference between normal and museum glass (usually we'd probably do normal glass, but in this case the museum glass was totally worth the splurge). We explained what our calligrapher had told us and they reassured us that they would be able to match the paper color and properly space the glass (and they did!). Was quoted two weeks: two weeks and two days later we received the promised call and home delivery in a well-protected package with easy hanging mounts pre-installed on the back with directions and the hardware we needed to hang it on our wall. First they wanted cash upfront then said the repair wouldn't be completed for a few days. Fine. When my husband got a call saying the screen was repaired he was working late so I called to ask if I could pick it up instead and was told they would only release the screen if I had the receipt number. I said I'd go home and get the receipt. Then i was told "We close in 30 minutes. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm" ... so basically business hours only for people who don't work traditional work hours. How they manage to stay in business is beyond me.
