My entire experience with Glass Diamond was amazing. From the moment I sent them a message, right through installation, was a great experience. Vlad, the owner, contacted me almost immediately when I asked him for a quote. We spoke on the phone for a few minutes and he gave me a price. It was more than 30/40% less than Home Depot and straight forward pricing. Vlad made an appointment to come measure my shower once the tile was installed by my contractor. He was on time, extremely friendly, and really knew what he was talking about (I asked a lot of questions). I even had him measure my table to add a glass top. I paid him a deposit and set a estimate date for install. I also had a question about another shower door I had and he said he would think about an option to fix my door. On the day of install (which was the same day he quoted me), he showed up promptly. Him and his installer took about two hours and put the shower glass up. He explained how to clean it and also gave me a water resistant spray and squeegee too! The glass table top came out great too. There was a slight issue with it being a little oversized. He apologized repeatedly and went right back to his shop to fix it. He came back and the fit was perfect. He also gave me a few options to fix my other shower door to stop the leaking. Overall, he was one of the best vendor experiences I've ever had. Would recommend him to anyone looking for any type of glass work. read more

He was free the same day in the evening and so he stopped by and took measurements. He presented options, I asked questions and he provided his honest opinion. I made some decisions and he provided a competitive price. He quickly wrote a contract and I put a down payment and he ordered the glass the next day. About a week later it arrived and he called me to arrange to install. Vlad showed up with an assistant and it took several hours for them to install the two shower glass. We needed a repair on the handle of our glass shower door. We were able to get the screws out, but the handle wouldn't come off. We called Glass Diamond based on the positive reviews on Yelp.
