I finally went and picked it up and installed it myself. Also the buck got passed from person to person and no none seemed to know what each other was doing / who did what / who ordered the parts/ etc. A true classic CLUSTERFUNK from beginning to end. Time for an undercover boss trip to see how carelessly customers and their vehicles are handled.

Update: got the car back, these guys really don't know what they are doing. Carlos lied and said he did an alignment and all suspension was good but the control arms are still bent and car drives sideways. These guys charged my insurance $8500 for an $800 job and still didn't fix anything. Car is junk now....Oh boy there's so much more I can say but I won't. Just DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NO LIMIT!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.

I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. All in all I have a new expert for any auto glass issues. Gotta love Yelp! I used this company when I moved to CT from NJ. I wanted to use these guys because they are a…read morefamily-owned company, but then it turned out that they also had the best price on my windshield. They returned my call the same day, were fast and did a great job. They replaced a windshield that had been installed by a fly-by-night company a month before in NJ. The fly-by-night company's windshield literally cracked the day after it was installed. It was a stress fracture caused by a faulty installation. Auto Glass Dynamics showed me how the previous company did not use any rubber buffers on the glass edge and that was why it cracked. They also showed me how thin the windshield glass was compared to the one they were installing. The old company also did not put in any water sealant or primer. Auto Glass Dynamics did both and my windshield has been great ever since. I will never again use one of those mobile places that have no address but only a phone number and work out of a van only. I ended up having to do the job twice. I wish I had gone to Auto Glass Dynamics first. Great guys, great customer service and quality. I am totally satisfied with the price, workmanship and customer service.
