On the last attempt, they promised to arrive at my home by 8:00 AM--only for me to later find out that was never possible, as they're based in a completely different city. I rearranged my entire workday and personal schedule for nothing. To make matters worse, their customer service was completely unhelpful and only added to the frustration. But the worst part? During their visit, they damaged the heads up of my Land Rover, and now they're refusing to take any responsibility for the damage caused. I'm currently in the process of pursuing legal action.
