Our son verified they had had the same experience. Switched to CVS. Selected store with good pharmacy hours, 8am-8pm (store open until 9pm) which is helpful for working people. The Pharmacy Manager was very helpful in getting some coupons for an expensive drug, working through confusion with our new insurance, etc. Everyone we have worked with in the store has been kind and helpful. That's how competition is supposed to work, do a bad job, lose customers, do a good job, gain customers. We are CVS-Sheboygan customers now.

They were out of Arizona Tea which is no big deal.. I can go to another walgreens for that! I looooove arizona tea and for some reason to me it just doesn't taste the same if I buy it any other place I dunno I'm weird I reckon. LOL! My only other gripe is they only have the one register open up front and with a long line the "IC3" call didnt get answered.......... kinda lame. What I got was EB Vavoline Full Synthetic. No communication from the service writer or the service tech what so ever about the change. So let me get this straight, you're able to communicate to me about a bad air filter that needs changing, but some how could not communicate to me about a change in engine oil??? C'mon now, get real. I, myself, would not have known if I did not take a look at the service write up after the job was completed. In case some of you were wondering, my vehicle was the only one there so it wasn't that it was busy either. FYI, those who think that all engine oils are created equal, they are not! I called my health insurance and spent 2 hours on various holds and got passed around to eventually find out that it was a Walgreens policy and nothing to do with my insurance. I have since cancelled all my prescriptions and won't be returning to Walgreens. A bunch of unnecessary stress and frustration. I hope whoever made this policy gets the Karma they earned.
