I went there today to pick up prescribed mouth wash after getting dental work, I was told that I would have to sign a waiver saying I know I could lose my health insurance if I buy it!?! I called my health insurance and spent 2 hours on various holds and got passed around to eventually find out that it was a Walgreens policy and nothing to do with my insurance. I have since cancelled all my prescriptions and won't be returning to Walgreens. A bunch of unnecessary stress and frustration. I hope whoever made this policy gets the Karma they earned. read more

One star is one star too many. I can't say enough bad things about this location. I've never received service this bad from any other location. Trying to get good service from that pharmacy staff is akin to trying to get customer service from a petrified log. With the attitude displayed by the bosses behind the pharmacy counter it shows that they see the customers as inconveniences. It's never a pleasant experience there and if there were others close by to use I'd switch in a heartbeat. The only time I have a good experience there is when I'm leaving and know I don't have to interact with those people for a few weeks. read more

Visiting from Illinois I had a need to get a prescription filled I use Walgreens in my city and the doctors office was able to add Plymouth to the approved list of pharmacies The order was sent by the docs office at 1:15 and the pharmacy had a scheduled lunch from 1:30 to 2 I arrive at 2:30 and the prescription was filled which was wonderful Thank you Pharmacy staff Then when I checked out some other items I bought the clerk noticed I had a coupon attached to my prescription for $5.00 savings for my next visit She applied that to my purchase so next time I visit my local pharmacy I have $5.00 to apply to my purchase Thanks to all read more

I called to find out information on FedEx drop off. The associate I spoke with was very short/snippy with answers. Not one of my best phone calls to a business. If you don't like your job then find another job, there seems to be plenty out there, and let someone have your job that can be a better customer service associate. read more

The store has a lot of good products for a smaller town! I was impressed by the selection. The pharmacy staff is really nice, efficient and takes the time to answer any questions I have despite how busy they seem. I got my flu shot here and the pharmacist did a great job. read more

The store employees are pretty rude. One in particular is unlike anything I have beer encountered. Petite woman with short gray hair who wears her name tag on backwards only showing a bar code. I have only been a resident of Plymouth for little over 5 years now and she has been there as long. She is Literally the rudest most miserable person I have ever encountered. I have since learned she is notorious for her rudeness. Why is she still employed there? I will continue to pray for her. read more
