I called my health insurance and spent 2 hours on various holds and got passed around to eventually find out that it was a Walgreens policy and nothing to do with my insurance. I have since cancelled all my prescriptions and won't be returning to Walgreens. A bunch of unnecessary stress and frustration. I hope whoever made this policy gets the Karma they earned.
