I contacted the store and explained the situation to Jerome, and that I can bring the cartridge to the store along with a record of the transaction so they can see what is wrong with the product. Jerome contacted his boss to see if they could provide compensation; he called me back to explain that they could offer me no credit or compensation because it was a manufacturing defect. This may be the case, but as the vendor it should be their responsibility to reimburse me and contact the company on their time and explain the issue. I will not return and will let others know to buy products from a store that will provide assurance that they are guaranteed to operate properly.
