When I arrived, there were only three customers already being serviced. The receptionist told me I would be next, yet "next" turned into waiting for more than an hour. That's completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, another customer who had a 10:30 a.m. appointment wasn't seen until 10:51 a.m. She was understandably frustrated, which made it clear that even having an appointment doesn't guarantee you'll be seen on time. I usually go to the Camp Creek location because they're properly staffed and I've never had this issue. I only came to this location because I happened to be in the area, and I definitely regret that decision. If you're considering coming here, be prepared for long waits regardless of whether you're a walk-in or have an appointment. This location seriously needs to improve its staffing and scheduling.

When I asked if she could recreate the design, she said she'd try her best, which wasn't reassuring so I politely requested another technician. Thankfully, Kim took over and was kind, professional, and even offered me a complimentary wax for my birthday. She's the only reason I stayed and left a tip.
