I got here around 1053 and noticed the shop had the lights off and the door locked so I figured they were closed and started googling other salons. As I was looking on my phone, I notice her pull into the parking lot and walk inside. She turned the lights on and left the door open. I gave it about 5 minutes and then proceeded to get out my car and go inside. I open the door and said "Hello! :) Goodmorning. I was just leaving when I noticed you worked here! I'm glad I stayed." She instantly became irritated and said "I just got here ". I replied "Okay did you need more time? I see the sign says open at 10 and you left the door open.." Then her attitude really turned up. "Ugh... what service do you even want??" as she scoffed.. I said "I would like a full set.." Then she just rolled her eyes and stared at me then started to do something else with no response to my question. So I just left. Ummm ok? you want to turn a customer away because you're feeling lazy and you're late to work?? Disappointed in her behavior. Find someone that actually wants to work!

Arriving to her private salon, I was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of her space and appreciated the one-on-one quiet environment. From the moment she opened the door, Catherine was warm and welcoming and I immediately felt like an old friend. Catherine was detailed and efficient in consulting me with the different lash styles and what we both felt would be a best fit for the shape of my face and eyes. My lashes are light, even and feel natural. Both of them explained how to maintain the lashes. I will be returning for my fill. (Side note: everything is clean.
