It smells amazing every time you walk in, and even with a nail tech in the same building, you'd never know because it never has that overwhelming salon smell. Even the restroom is always clean, which says a lot. She also goes above and beyond with comfort. She has a massage table while you're getting your service, plus a blanket and leg rest if you need them. She really thinks about the entire experience. I've trusted her for years to freestyle my lashes because I honestly know nothing about lashes, I just know they always look good! I constantly get compliments, even from people in the beauty industry and other lash techs. That alone speaks for itself. She takes her time, which I personally don't mind because those lash naps are much needed! On top of all that, she's always professional and consistent. I have…read morebeen getting my nails done here for the past year and haven't had a single less-than-fantastic experience. Prior to coming to NVUS, I had tried SNS (dip) and hated how thick and lumpy it was, vowing to stick to gel. After talking to John about my experience with SNS, he explained the benefits of properly-done SNS and I decided to give it a try. The NVUS team takes their time to execute SNS properly, not cutting corners or skipping steps to save time. I am now moving away from the area and sad to have to look for a new nail salon, as NVUS has set the bar so high. Although they are appointment only, it is well worth it for the quality of service you receive.

John's personable and friendly when you walk in. Love the atmosphere and decor. It's very cleanly and they are very cautious and wash their hands after every customer. (That's a major plus for me!) They follow COVID protocols () They pay attention to your wants they go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with their work. The wait time is reasonable. I've been to various nail salons in the area and most of them are horrible about starting on time. It's definitely worth the travel! There color selection is great. I highly recommend Mia she's a five ***** rating! She's so gentle, friendly and does quality work. They book rapidly so make sure you book in advance because they do give priority to booked appointments first. They also do walk ins but your taking a chance on not getting in if they are booked.
