Friendly staff, but an absolute customer service nightmare…read more I ordered an in-stock solar pool cover online, only to find out hours later via a phone call that the store had an inventory error and no stock. Instead of canceling it for me, the store told me to do it online. What followed was hours on the phone with customer service. First, I was promised a cancellation that never went through. When I called back, I was told it was "on hold" and couldn't be canceled. Another supervisor then claimed orders can never be canceled once placed. Finally, after a supervisor called the store directly, they managed to cancel it. The local staff are friendly, but the backend support is an absolute circus. Spending hours on the phone to cancel an order they couldn't even fill is unacceptable. I won't be back.
