We are staying at the Fort Myers Rv Resort for three months. We have come to here for four years. This is the first time that our pool has been this clean in the four years we've come. The gentleman you have worked on the pool is Alex . He has done an absolutely brilliant job of keeping our pool like it should be. I just like to thank you and Alex for the work he has done the residence of this Resort this winter. read more

Just wanted to say how great our experience with Pool Troopers of Ft Myers has been, and a special shout out to our weekly guy " Paul", who is by far the best tech we have ever had . He's careful and thorough , and takes his time to get things right. You can just tell that he cares about what he does and takes pride in his work. He listens well , which is a sign of a smart , disciplined person. Please let Paul know how much we appreciate him Thank you Mike Tavery, Cape Coral , Florida read more

Alex has been great for our community. He always keeps our pools up and running along with being crystal clear. He is so knowledgeable, and the company is so lucky to have someone like him working for them. Would recommend him to any and everyone. read more

I live in a complex in Estero, FL that is serviced by Pool Troopers. All I can say is they are 5 stars all the way. The pool is sparkling clean always, and Ricardo, the lead technician for the pool, is awesome at his job and super nice to talk to. I'm a lifelong swimmer who's had to put up with some nasty pools over the years, but thanks to Ricardo and Pool Troopers that's not the case now. Do not hesitate to engage Pool Troopers for your pool! read more

We recently purchased a house in Fort Myers and needed to find a pool company, we had a bunch come by but the one that stuck out the most was Pool Troopers. We worked with Rikki Santiago and she couldn't have been more patient while we worked through finding the right company and she persisted with follow up to see if there was anything she could do, she even came out to help me understand the equipment and the pool without us signing up, this was by and far 5 star service! read more

We just returned from Minnesota, and our pool is disgusting! They clearly haven't been out for weeks. Dont use this company!

if I could leave a rating of ZERO I would. I just told my pool tech DANIEL to never add liquid chlorine to my pool. When I came home today, the chlorine smell was so strong that I couldn't even sit on my lanai much less get in the pool. My aqua check registered the chlorine at a 9.9 which is the highest level it's even capable of registering which actually means my chlorine could be as high as a 20 or 30 and I wouldn't even know it. When I used a strip to check the chlorine, the color was so dark purple it was ridiculous! Daniel sabotaged my pool today! I have video footage of him, leaving at least a gallon of chlorine in my pool‼ After reading this review, I can promise you you are foolish if you ever hire this company, they absolutely suck ‼‼‼ read more

I was almost side swiped and run off the road by one of their aggressive and reckless drivers who was driving at least 20mph over the speed limit in the pouring rain. Having them come anywhere near your business or community is a huge liability as they have no regard for safety or the speed limit. read more

OMG.... Noticing all the negative reviews and all Patrick could respond with is "I'm sorry and pool troopers strive to help their customer" after reading the 10th negative review. What part of pool troopers corporate can't figure out they suck... poor tech sevice, poor customer service ( phone operator is rude) management doesn't have clue what they are doing Good luck Patrick and pool troopers... I don't see a future your company has in Florida when there are so many pool companies out there wanting your buisness read more

Unresponsive! Took 6 weeks for an evaluation as to functioning of pool heaters and examination of problems. Finally a technician was sent from Tampa and fixed a valve that had to be replaced. Told me he wasn't coming back to fix other problems because pool troopers technician was fired and no one else was available. No follow up! How do you stay in business? read more

Rikki and her vibrant personality was an amazing help to my pool that was going downhill from a previous company i was using. She turned my pool around and made me a priority when I signed up. She sold me a vacuum and water filler with no problems and made me feel as ease that I was in much better hands. I appreciate her and am glad to be a happy customer with pool troopers. read more

Pool Troopers apparently purchased my previous pool company. If communication, responsiveness and management of a pool and its equipment is important to you, then I STRONGLY recommend looking for a different company. #1. They turned off my skimmer without telling me and while I was out of state for 4 months. #2. They added chlorine tabs to skimmer to my saltwater pool. #3. I just found out that my Salt system control panel was out and Pool Troopers failed to mention it to me to replace it. This must be the #4. Black mildew was allowed to develop for months. They never addressed it. #5. There is calcification on the tiles, it wasn't even attempted to be removed or I wasn't notified by Pool Troopers. #6. I contacted Pool Troopers 3 times to address issues and their systems didn't allow for any type of reasonable response. #7. When I called the 4th and final time to terminate their service, they said that they'd come to my home to remove my equipment. Very unusual response, especially considering they didn't supply any of my equipment. #8. Other than my call to terminate their service, they never had any other communication with me since they "took over" my account. I STRONGLY recommend anyone interested in a pool maintenance firm to check the reviews on the company. And, read the responses from the company. Very, very telling! read more

Pool Troopers purchased my previous pool co. I am not pleased with the service. We rent our home and live in another state. If we had a problem with the pool, our previous co. was there the same day or the very next morning to address the issue. I called Pool Troopers on a Monday morning and was told that they could get there Wednesday and would call me. Never received a call, but got an email stating our lanai was locked(which was not true). Instead of calling me the technician left and was not coming back until Thursday-4 days after my initial call! I would not recommend this co.-absolutely horrible customer service. read more

We have been so pleased with Bay Area Pool Service. Until we bought our home in southwest Florida neither my husband nor I had owned a pool. We were clueless about the equipment, maintenance and cleaning. We used a provider recommended by the previous owner, but they were unreliable and of little help. Someone recommended Bay Area and we have been very happy with their service. They have replaced and repaired some of our equipment, installed a salt chlorinator (and if you don't have one, run out and get one!) and do all our maintenance and routine cleaning. We have recently sold this home and had to scramble to make some minor repairs on short notice and they were so understanding about meeting our deadline. We are moving into another home in the area and will definitely use their services at the new home. read more
