I have had Infinity Pool & Spa service our pool for a year. We have not been here much in the past…read moreyear. When Infinity took over servicing our pool, I had 4 spots on the bottom of the pool and they said were calcification and they would work on them. A couple improved greatly by the second month. The employee or employees started out ok, like many companies, but went downhill fast. I could see from my security cameras they would come each week, but literally spend 2-5 minutes here. In October, November and Dec 2025 they didn't do anything I could see. We had mold spots we never had when we came in October/November. I texted them and said something. They sent their new guy that replaced the guy that was let go or quit and they tried treating some of them. My wife would not use the pool with those present after reading how unhealthy it was. We left for 6 weeks to come back to over 15 Large calcification spots, dirt and debris in the pool and scum on sides. We have a cage and not much blows in. The water was low,( I should have been notified by Infinity) so my house check guy bought an auto shut off pool filler the week before we arrived. I got here and cleaned the filter cartridge and scrubbed the sides at the waterline and bottom to stir up dirt to go through the filter also. I have not tackled the bottom calcification spots yet, because they will need scrubbing with the stone stick, but the answer I received from the owner after calling and letting this company go was "Send me pictures and If you stay with us, I'll come over and clean it myself" oh the calcification spots needs manual labor to scrub out. What about the months that were ignored that were already paid for? How about come and take a look at your lack of care. I didn't know manual labor was not included in my service. No apology , no offer to make it right or give partial compensation for not doing what they were paid and profited from not doing. They will only right their wrong if I continue on as a customer? No Thanks Not my Idea of customer service, nor a company I trust or care to stay with. I've enclosed a few pics, but over 15 areas on the bottom of the pool

My tech on 8/10/21, spent 3 minutes by the pool, checking chemicals, and 7 minutes sitting in his truck. The following week. they did not show up, and said they did. They may be a little less costly, but not a long term solution. The owner and a couple of the Tech's just simply do not care. I would not recommend the ethics of this company.
